"The welcome at reception was warm, and the hotel clean and tidy. I had two problems. The TV volume was restricted and too quiet for our comfort. Reception said maintenance would deal with it, but they didn't. However, the room next door seemed to have no restriction, as we could hear their TV better ..."

"We paid a premium price for a very standard room. Double bed with hard pillows. Very dated in the decor and furnishings. I was disappointed with the whole experience. Set menu for the evening was very pricy and was underwhelming. Breakfast was what saved the day, nice ingredients, great selection. ..."
