"Everything great Except for one staff member A lifeguard at Ironwood pool His name was Wensey (or something like that) He was rude. One morning I was in the middle of a meditation, enjoying a deed relaxation on one of the couches. We disturbed me for no reason stating that does couches were reserved. The truth is that it did not say anywhere that that was the case, not a sing or instructions anywhere. He had no way to know if I reserved or not. I moved to another chair and stayed in the pool...

"The room was fine; quiet, roomy, everything worked and it was a well stocked studio with a Mountain View. Front desk staff—- no bueno. Not nice not friendly not helpful—-seemingly unhappy workers or I was very smelly?we were checked quickly. We did check in early 2:30 instead of 4/4:30. Our unit was the furthest end of the complex away from pool and restaurant. One entrance /exit to hotel—- always passed the front lobby—- no back stairs or easy access to street/ vehicle—-was annoying. Esp....
