"We had a lovely stay at this home near the west entrance to Joshua Tree National Park. It was clean and quiet and the hot tub was just the thing to relax after a day of hiking. Will stay again when we are back in the area. Highly recommend staying here!"

"We couldn’t check in until 330 because of the cleaning lady. There weren’t many games in the game room. The pool is cold. It was not heated. There was no dartboard in the game room and the garbage disposal was broken. The backyard was full of weeds and they were high. It looked better on the website than it did up close and personal."

"This host was very thoughtful in providing everything we needed for a cozy stay. I can’t wait to stay there again relaxing, clean and felt remote Please consider the dirt roads when booking can be harder on certain cars but our host gave us directions that included the most paved areas. It felt like home. Lovely stay! "

"Overall exceptional experience. We wanted to extend our stay but, unfortunately, someone else snatched it up. Hands down, the best short term rental we've ever had. Host communication was outstanding. I would recommend everyone to stay here, but that might prevent us from being able to stay here again!"

"This was a refurbished bunkhouse from an old cattle ranch. The remodeling was very well done, keeping as much historical architecture as possible, but providing modern functionality when needed. Your host, Robert, is a well-known artist who has provided a jacuzzi and sauna along with an art center that features work from local artists. Many hiking opportunities along with stargazing in the area. We'll be back!"

"This property sits on a large corner lot at the top of a rise ,any neighbors are some distance away, you have a clear view to the north to take in both sunrise and sunset, and the northern exposure keeps things cooler.
