Though it is located near a major road, it is very quiet and car traffic was minimal and could not be heard inside the apartment. Highly recommend! We will return!"

"We escaped winter in the northern plains to celebrate our anniversary in Florida. We love to walk and explore communities. This property is short blocks from a happening downtown on the river, the Ford-Edison Estate, craft brewery, grocery store and fabulous breakfast restaurant. We kayaked with the manatees and walked the beaches and enjoy being us as a couple. The property could use some loving maintenance, we needed batteries to get the heating/AC unit to function, the outside area needed...

"Very clean, neat, had all I needed. I was there for a three day conference, so I ate out mostly, but there was a mini fridge to store my leftovers and a toaster oven and microwave to heat them up. I brought my own coffee and filters, but that was available if I had not. Highly recommended, especially if you have business on or near the Daniels Parkway area."
