"Stayed here for two nights with our family of 5 (including our 3 little kids). The pool was fantastic and for most part we were the only ones using it which was great for the kids. The room was nice enough, not incredible but it was big enough for us all and well kept. The food in the restaurant was fine - pretty normal pub food. The kids meals for breakfast were quite small. I would suggest ordering a normal adult meal for any kid over 5. Staff were lovely. The play area for the kids was great....

"The staff were amazing and the room was well maintained but the heater didn't work and wen i went to have a shower my room didn't have much warm water the first time and the second night there was no warm water for the shower but the sink had hot water"

"Clean, tidy, spacious, absolutely loved the shower and large fluffy towels. Very polite and helpful staff. We did not use the dining area as had a family function elsewhere. Entry to motel could be made more obvious. Lighting poor for entry"

"The hotel's location is extremely convenient, and the room rate represented good value. However, it is apparent that limited investment has been made in updating and maintaining the rooms. There were several maintenance and amenity issues that impacted the overall experience, including curtains and blinds that were coming away from the windows, the absence of USB charging ports, no milk pods provided in the fridge, and shower temperature controls that were difficult to regulate.
