"Just a beautiful part of the world in a quiet bush sanctuary. The accommodation, setting, ease of communication and overall experience was exceptional. The only complaint I have is with myself for having not booked for longer. I’ll most certainly return."

"The place is good cause we needed privacy and away from town, but the place was not clean. In the bathroom the arr spider webs and ant hills under basin. We stayed for 2 days and the linen was not changed, the was dust on the study table and the pedestals. When you drain water from the tub or flash the is a awful smell dont know from where. But the receptionist Melody, she was the best 10/10."

"This property exceeded our expectations. The friendly owners communicated with us through the whole stay via whatsapp. It was clean and had everything we needed. The scenery was beyond beautiful with the sound of the river just outside. Also the illusion of being in a tree house, it was just phenominal. "Heerlijke en vooral rustige ligging in een chaletpark aan de Olifanstrivier. Vanuit de tuin kun je nijlpaarden, vervetmonkeys, nyala´s en nog veel meer andere dieren zien lopen. Ook veel vogels aan de rivierkant. Vriendelijke hulp. Het enige jammere is dat wij 300 ZAR per wasbeurt een beetje aan de dure kant vonden. Gelukkig zijn daar andere alternatieven voor. "Fantastic size and cleanliness with plenty of supplies (milk, tea, coffee, fruit, cleaning products) provided. Staff would assist with anything uncluding washing up and laundry, so not really "self-catering" if you wish. Note: parys of road can be rough depending on rainfall so I would not use a sedan, but at least a light SUV. "

"This property was in a very quiet and rural place, which is exactly what we wanted, to be near wildlife and nature. The housecwas very clean and had everything one needed to make the stay comfortable. Chantal the owner kept great communication with me and even got us discounts at various excursions! The housekeeper Ingrid was very welcoming and came to meet us even though we got late arriving! Will recommend to everyone and will hopefully be going back again. "

"Property is nice and well kept. But.... the power went off 2 hours after we arrived. No lights, no wifi, no water. Once the sun was up I found instructions for turning the cold water on if the power goes out, so we at least got toilets working. About 8am a security guard came to the house and said he knew the power had been out. Since the security system was down, I assume the owner had been called the night before as well. The outage was specific to this house. All that was needed to remedy...

"This is a rustic camp. I stayed at one of the tent cabins. I loved the quiet, solitude and being in the trees. I woke up to birds chirping in the morning and numerous animal noises throughout the day and night with the occasional monkey jumping on the roof. I enjoyed the camping vibe that added to my Africa stay. Andre was a excellent host and helped arrange day trips. My only issue was hot water and I believe Andre fixed that issue."
