Spa an issue second time to stay and visit. Steam full of local men swearing about women. I was the only woman in there it felt intimidating. This was also my previous experience i thought at 4pm i would avoid this.Really need to sort this out. You need a padlock for lockers wasn't told this so had to carry clothes...

"It is being refurbished., so a few problems. Room was clean, towels spotless.plenty of parking spaces. Staff including cleaner's couldn't do enough for us, they were excellent. We have stayed there before and will again."

"This hotel is a hidden gem! The host, Maria, is truly wonderful. Her attention to detail is fab, and she couldn't be anymore helpful and welcoming. Maria stayed late for my colleagues check in and then came in early to accommodate us for an early breakfast. The dinner was divine - strongly recommend the tikka curry. Home cooked, beautiful meal. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I will ensure I book here when I visit Birmingham again!!!"
