Rooms just bordering on the need for some love and attention, although White Stuff toiletries do a good job in diverting attention from the nasty stain on one of the seats. Decent enough spa facilities, although it would be helpful if the price to swim were included in the booking price."

"The hotel was a really nice small place, wih everything you need. Clean rooms and the shared bathroom was perfect... the area es very nice, just in front of a great park and well conected to the center by bus (need to walk lke 5 blocks to get to the bus)."

"On arrival we were informed we had received a complimentary room upgrade, which was very much appreciated. The suite was lovely. Spacious and very clean with a huge bed. Separate lounge and kitchenette containing hob, fridge freezer and dishwasher. It would be ideal if you are here on business for a few days. Good location by the train station. Quiet room. No noise from the trains or the lifts in the building. The rooftop bar and terrace are nice and convenient. Would definitely stay here again."

"Very warm welcome. Very clean and well equipped room. Very comfortable bed with nice clean bedding. Excellent breakfast with good choice of food.. My wife is vegetarian and this was catered for with a very helpful manner. We would happily use this hotel again."

"The location is incredible. Convenient to everything. The room itself is spacious and clean, with a nice little kitchen and balcony. One downside was that the whole building smelled terrible. It wasn’t the rooms themselves but something to do with the sewer system I guess. Was yucky. "

"A generally fine stay with some real positives: the staff were lovely, the room had good facilities, the bed was very comfortable once I remade it, and the view across the park was great. It was also quiet, and the air‑con made it easy to get the temperature right. A few things let it down: the décor felt a bit tired, shower sealant was peeling, the carpet was stained, and the kettle was scaled and awkward to fill. The main issue was the bed presentation — several inches of mattress were left...

"My wife and I found this hotel very nice, being newly refurbished. Staff were all very friendly, we had evening meal and breakfast in the restaurant and enjoyed both very much, all in all a very pleasant stay, will definitely be returning."
