"I had an amazing time at the resort. Beautiful views and great customer service. Room is clean and carefully designed with thoughtful touches . Appreciate that!
I wish that we have more restaurants offering different cuisines like Japanese, Italian, Mexican, Korean, etc.
We should also have Happy Hours for the bar by the pools/ beach .
Also, adding more music entertainments , wine events, social events for family gatherings a few days a week would be interesting.
Will come back!"

"Great stay for our family. Lots of stuff to do at the hotel. Outside of the hotel there was not much to do so We spend our time at the hotel. Great staff!"

"Cottage Hồ Tràm thì quá đỉnh rùi, ko cần phải nói nhiều. Nhìn cách bày trí là chắc chắn sẽ có nhiều lần quay lại đây ở tiếp, được thêm cái nhân viên dễ thương nữa nên mình ưng lắm"

"The property itself is very spacious and clean, with the exception of malfunctioning sliding doors to the backyard/pool area, which leads to the gate to the community area in the back. This would have been extremely unsafe if the area was busy. However, due to COVID, all constructions were halted, possibly for years, and the whole area looked deserted. The 2 restaurants on-site are closed. So are the retails/restaurants along the main street outside of the resort, made it very inconvenient when...
