"The house was all updated and suited our needs. It was a home away from home with everything needed for a great vacation. Whether relaxing on the deck, taking a ride in the kayak or having ice cream at the local shop, it made for a fantastic retreat."

"This is a beautiful property. Unbelievably serene, gorgeous lake view from the house. We were here in the winter; getting in and out of the place was a little scary in precipitation. The road from the ridge down to the lake is quite steep. The house itself is beautifully kept, a perfect layout, and we enjoyed cooking in the beautiful kitchen and fires in the fireplace. Highly recommended!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Mallard Cottage. A great base to explore the eastern Finger Lakes and Ithaca. Incredibly close to Robert H Treman park and it's gorgeous waterfalls. Beautiful, well maintained property with gorgeous flowers and plenty of space for our dog to run around and play. He had the best vacation of his life.
