"There was no access to a lock box to get the key. Property owners phone goes straight to voicemail. Tenants in the building informed me the apartment was currently locked by the police because they renter was being evicted. Complete scam! Stay away!"

"We had a great stay at the Waterfront Cleveland condo. It was centrally located and easy to get Bird scooters to navigate the city. Condo was as expected from the pictures and a good spot to spend a weekend away. Our only comment is the noise outside…constant trains and loud traffic overnight could be helped with a white noise machine or something like that. Other than the noise (which is noticeable but didn’t bother us too much…more of a warning for others) we had a solid stay and would stay...

"It was a bait and switch to a dirty inhabitable crack house. I was not able to stay at all. I jave pictures and video of the property and conditions."

"Super clean property with very comfortable beds! The location was also super close to many things to do which was nice as well. Plenty of room and the check in process was super simple. Host was quick and responsive to anything that we needed. It also was a rather quiet stay too without too much noise from the streets or other people in the building. The only issue for us was parking around the building. We checked out a few different lots and none had in-and-out privileges which meant we had to...

"The location is great. The condo is large with really nice, up to date kitchen and bath. The manager was very reponsive. The things I wished I knew check in (getting keys, fobs, QR codes, parking hang tag) is a process. Be patient and build in time to go through the steps. Once you figure it out it was not a huge deal...and we always felt safe and secure. Not many amenties,,,so when in doubt, bring it with you or plan to buy it. Including a plunger!"

"This property was falsely advertised ysung staged photos that weren't current and was filthy.Im currently in dispute as We Left to a hotel less then 4 hours after check in and the owner refused a refund of any kind for a 30 day stay.Ive never had this bad luck with vrbo begore."

"I booked this apartment for my wedding weekend for the girls to get ready and then for us to stay at that night. The property lists both free off site and free on site parking. This is not true. Unfortunately, that was one of the main reasons I chose the property as I was having hair, makeup and photographer coming to the location. I reached out to confirm the parking a couple days beflre when my check-in information didnt provide any parking info. There were a couple back and forth messages....
