"Steven was courteous, prompt and was able to accommodate having the unit available slightly ahead of check in. Units were clean, well kept. My only recommendation would be the mattress had a loudness to them due to the mattress protector. Perhaps not an issue for all."

"I spent five night at this property to go to three ballgames between the Yankees and the Guardians and to go to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the house from the A Christmas Story movie. The property was perfect. It was clean and well maintained. All the rooms were nicely decorated and I felt very comfortable the entire time. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Cleveland and I would recommend it to my friends and family as well."

"For the price, this place was very comfortable, remarkably clean, and close enough to downtown to walk. I very much appreciate the simplicity and ease of the check-in and check-out process, as well as giving us until 11am to check out. For leaving the morning after a wedding, I'm sure that extra time was much appreciated."
