With 55 m² of living space, it can accommodate up to six people, making it ideal for families and small groups. Two separate bedrooms feature laminate flooring and, thanks to their furnishings, provide comfortable retreats. The spacious living room, also with laminate flooring, is equipped with a sofa area, an armchair, and a TV (35–44 inches, with a Blu-ray and CD player). In addition, free Wi-Fi is available.

The open-concept kitchen, which opens onto the living room, is fully equipped and offers everything you need to prepare meals. Modern appliances such as a glass-ceramic stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and egg cooker provide practical convenience. The adjoining dining area is furnished with a dining table that seats several people. Dishes, silverware, kitchen utensils, and dish towels are provided.

The bathroom is functionally equipped and features a shower, toilet, sink, mirror, and hair dryer, and provides hot water. A smoke detector is installed for your safety, and the vacation rental is designated as a non-smoking property. A coat rack and a dresser make it easy to store your clothes and personal belongings.

The apartment is located on the first floor. The vacation rental includes a private, furnished terrace with a parasol, where you can enjoy relaxing moments outdoors. There is also a barbecue area, ideal for shared barbecue evenings. Garden furniture is provided.
