Quiet location right on the hiking and biking trail to the Baltic Sea beach, with no disruptive through traffic.

General information about the XL thatched-roof vacation home:
Built in 2016, this 130 m² vacation home accommodates 10 adults and 1 baby in a travel crib (bedding not included).
The first floor is completely step-free and at ground level, featuring a spacious living area with a fireplace and a built-in kitchen, shower room/toilet.
First floor with 1 bedroom, at ground level and barrier-free.
Upper floor with 2 bedrooms and 2 shower rooms/toilets, as well as a sauna area with a view of the garden. 
Top floor with 2 bedrooms under the thatched roof.
Large terrace area with a barbecue fireplace and patio furniture. Fully fenced-in garden.
The vacation home is a smoke-free property.

Vacation for guests with disabilities (accessible/wheelchair-friendly):
For wheelchair users: Threshold-free access from the parking lot to the vacation home. The entire first floor—including the bedroom, shower room/toilet, and kitchen-living area—as well as the garden terrace are barrier-free and accessible via wide, threshold-free doors without any steps. 

Since the houses in this residential area have thatched roofs, setting off fireworks and New Year’s Eve rockets is prohibited. The house is NOT suitable for party groups or youth groups.

Open-concept living/kitchen area. Kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, induction stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, toaster, blender, salad spinner. Large dining table.
Living area with TV (HDMI connection), stereo system (USB, Bluetooth, CD). Access to the patio. 1st shower room/toilet. Utility room with washer/dryer (combo unit), ironing board, and iron. 1 travel/crib without mattress/bedding, 1 high chair available.

Bedroom 1 with 2 single beds (0.90 m x 2 m), linen closet, and access to the patio.
Information for guests with disabilities: Bedroom 1 is wheelchair-accessible, as is Shower Room 1 (no steps, ground-level access for wheelchair users). Shower Room 1—door is 81 cm wide; the entrance to the shower is only 73 cm wide. The narrowest passage between the sink and the toilet is 90 cm; the interior width of the shower is 91 cm.
