Barber and listed on the State and National Register of Historic Places, this elegant home blends vintage details with modern comfort. The space
SITTING ROOM:
Step into the beautifully restored McKinley Manor, where historic charm meets modern sophistication. Two vintage sofas provide ample seating, one of which converts to a sleeper. A 55" smart TV, framed as artwork, offers streaming services in 'guest mode' with automatic logout for privacy. A curated vinyl collection and vintage-style record player add retro ambiance, while a Nest thermostat ensures comfort. A selection of board games invites cozy moments.

PARLOR (EVENT SPACE):
Beyond the sitting room, the stately parlor blends timeless elegance with functionality. A grand chandelier illuminates three antique Eastlake vanities and an original pier mirror. Vintage wedding photos, including some from our family, add romance. A cozy seating area in the bay window offers a quiet retreat or bridal portrait backdrop. Dusty pink adjustable chairs are perfect for bridal prep. In the evening, the room transforms into a private sleeping space with a king-size air mattress and double doors. An Amazon Echo offers easy music streaming and voice control.

DOWNSTAIRS BATHROOM:
Outside the main floor bedroom, the 3/4 bathroom blends vintage elegance with modern design. A pedestal sink and antique mirror add character. The spacious shower features luxurious herringbone subway tile. Amber glass bottles of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap, and lotion are provided. A hair dryer is also included.

KITCHEN:
Through the archway from the sitting room, the kitchen blends historic charm with modern convenience. Refinished wood floors and spoon-carved woodwork reflect McKinley Manor’s elegance. The kitchen features shaker-style cabinetry, quartzite countertops, and stainless steel appliances, including a fridge, stove/oven, and dishwasher. A porcelain-topped possum belly cabinet serves as a vintage-inspired island. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, utensils, and a curated collection of new and vintage dishes, including champagne glasses, cake stands, and serving pieces for special occasions.

LAUNDRY ROOM:
The charming laundry room combines vintage style with everyday convenience. A front-load washer and dryer are available, along with a steamer, iron, and compact ironing board for quick touch-ups. A miniature McKinley Manor dollhouse and bins of classic toys provide entertainment for younger guests. The room also offers easy outdoor access through a side porch entry.

UPSTAIRS BATHROOM:
The second-floor full bathroom offers a spa-like retreat. The space is divided into two rooms. The first features a vintage clawfoot tub, illuminated by three chandeliers, with an antique buffet as a double vanity. The second room includes a toilet and a walk-in shower with marble and porcelain tile, plus a large stained glass window. Amber glass bottles of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap, and lotion are provided.

BEDROOM 1:
This room features a grand antique bed, thoughtfully converted to a king-size for modern comfort. A hand-stenciled accent wall adds an artistic touch. Two antique Victorian dressers and a closet provide ample storage. A whimsical "mouse house" hidden in the baseboard will delight children. A vintage cradle is available for families with infants. The room also includes a 55" smart TV, a vintage-style table fan, and an Amazon Echo for music or ambient sound.

BEDROOM 2:
Located just off the upstairs hallway, this room features a beautifully converted antique Eastlake bed. Above the bed, a vintage Capodimonte Italian porcelain chandelier adds elegance. A 55" smart TV framed as artwork offers seamless entertainment, while an Amazon Echo provides music, ambient sounds, or voice control. A dresser and closet offer convenient storage, and for families, an antique Victorian crib that doubles as a toddler bed is available. A vintage-style table fan adds a gentle breeze, though the Nest-controlled climate system ensures year-round comfort.

BEDROOM 3:
Through double doors, you’ll enter the beautifully stenciled main floor bedroom. The centerpiece is a stunning antique Eastlake bed, converted to a queen for modern comfort. EXTERIOR:
