Comfortable apartment in quiet area
This is a comfortable apartment in a quiet area. The apartment is better equipped than its brief description would suggest, e.g. with a washing machine, dishwasher , microwave and Internet. The balcony at the back is nice for sitting out in good weather.
A bus stop for the C3 line is very close, making it easy to get into the centre (place de la République). This bus also connects at République with the C6 airport bus.
There is a small supermarket nearby, and a larger Carrefour City supermarket 10 to 15 minutes walk away. There are a few restaurants and other shops nearby.
Apart from the local attractions in Rennes (old quarter, Parliament building, Thabor park, Gayeulles park, museums, etc.), there are connections at the bus/rail station with nearby towns that are worth visiting (e.g. Fougères, Vitré, Mont San Michel, Paimpont).
Mireille, the property manager, was prompt and helpful during our stay.
