  • Fácil verano viviendo en este luminoso rancho ubicado a pasos contemporáneos de la bahía Moriches en Westhampton / Remsenburg. Abrir cocina- comedor, salón con chimenea, 3 dormitorios, 2 baños, aire acondicionado central, y un patio privado con piscina climatizada. Tome un paseo por la playa de la bahía de pasar por alto Moriches Bay y Dune carretera.

    Situado en un pequeño bloque tranquilo, esta casa es muy abierto y acogedor. De lo privado vallado en el patio, se puede oler el aire salado y escuchar el rugido del motor barcos pasar. La casa tiene muchas ventanas que aportan mucha luz. Nos enorgullecemos en presentar una casa impecable para nuestros inquilinos para disfrutar.

    La configuración del dormitorio es la siguiente: cada habitación tiene una cama tamaño queen, el dormitorio principal tiene un colchón Tempurpedic. Cada habitación está totalmente equipada con armarios y mesitas de noche. Hay 2 cuartos de baño completo: un cuarto de baño con bañera / ducha y un segundo baño con ducha.

    Los inquilinos tienen acceso a hermosas playas en el camino de la duna. Cupsogue Beach, situada en el extremo occidental de Dune Road, tiene concesión de alimentos, baños, centro de primeros auxilios, duchas y vestuarios, así como entretenimiento de banda. Estas exquisitas playas han sido calificada como una de las diez mejores playas del país.

    Hay espectáculos en vivo en el Westhampton Performing Arts Center. Tenis cubierta y al aire libre está cerca y campo de golf público está a 15 minutos en coche. Hay muchos puertos deportivos que ofrecen viajes charter y pesca grupo. También hay reservas naturales cercanas y de la ciudad y del condado parques y playas.

Wonderful Vacation

I was really impressed at how easy VRBO was to use.The home was perfect for our family and our 4 year old granddaughter enjoyed the pool and yard perfect size.The owner was flexible, gracious and very organized with providing us helpful information on restaurants, beaches and other activities.

What a Beautiful Beach House

I had a wonderful time relaxing in the pool, having barbecues and going to the beach with my busy college aged children who I wish I could spend more time with. We made some amazing memories at a beautiful home.

Great house

We were very comfortable at Christine’s house. Very clean and well appointed. Everything was perfect. The pool and backyard were beautiful delightful. Happy we choose this house!

My Home away from Home!

My stay was so nice last year that we came back this year, and cannot wait next year. Christine is an amazing host, both accommodating and responsive. The second time we said we would explore the area, but honestly, why leave? All of the comforts of home and then some!

Memorial Day week - 2023

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is exactly as described, with both bathrooms seeming to be recently re-done. Lots of peace and quiet, with Westhampton Beach Village being only a short drive away. Our adult children joined us for some of the week, and we had some friends and family out for day-trips. Everyone enjoyed themselves and commented very positively about the house.

Family Vacation

Christine has a wonderful home ! It is exactly as described on the VRBO site . Beds are very comfortable, newly renovated bathrooms & the built in pool was great especially for fun-filled days with my grandchildren! The location was idea in close proximity to the aquarium the game farm with plenty of& co for the young ones ! Location location location

First off let me just say the house is absolutely beautiful, super cozy. The beds are very comfortable and the entire house was very clean. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly imagine. The grounds were kept really nice. It is so close to everything that you could possibly want to do on Long Island. Would definitely come back. It’s located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood a block from the water, which overlooks Dune Road.

Very good accommodation and location

The house was ideal for our needs and in a great location. We did experience a couple of issues though. Due to an apparent schedule issue, we had to wait a few hours on our arrival for the house to be cleaned after the last guests, which was disappointing. The one other negative was the fly screen to the decking area proved very hard to slide and came out its runner a few times! Otherwise it was a very good place to stay for our week in the Hamptons.

Perfect getaway

The yard and pool are every bit as beautiful as the pictures illustrate. The interior is exactly as it looks in the pictures. It sits on a lovely, and very quiet street a block from the bay. It’s about a 15 minute drive to cupsogue Beach and within 10 minutes to the town of WestHampton Beach. Everything went very smoothly including having to prepare for hurricane Henri. Christine was readily available to answer any questions and make recommendations from restaurants to preparing for the storm. If I had to make one suggestion, being that she allows pets, to ensure that all traces of pets (odor and hair) are eliminated by the time the next renter arrives. But it was a wonderful four weeks Including plenty of relaxation, conducive to working remotely, entertaining family and friends. I would highly recommend this property. It was everything I was looking for in my Summer vacation.

Great Spot

We enjoyed our stay - the backyard is perfect and the neighborhood is nice and quiet, yet convenient. It was a great spot enjoy the summer while relaxing with family. We would definitely return!

Great city getaway / WFH / garden

This house was great and perfect for our purposes: we are a couple working from home and the house has two designated work spaces. The kitchen is fully equipped, all rooms are comfortable, the totally fenced garden was very nice (perfect for the dog) and the owner was very responsive. Walking distance to a small and lovely beach. Close to supermarket/pharmacy/center of Westhamptom/Dune road beaches. Would definitely come back!

The backayrd is on point, very private no noise from any neighbors!

The property is fantastic, located in a very quiet quaint part of town, but very conveniently located to shops and restaurants. Like I mentioned the backyard setting is fantastic.

A perfect week

Christine was a responsive host and we had a great time at her home. The house was a perfect get away for my husband and I and our pup. The backyard was our favorite spot to relax and enjoy a quiet morning before going out to explore. The house was very clean and had everything we needed!
