"Check in was seamless. Property was in good condition. We were only there to sleep so we didn't take advantage of the amenities but it would have been very convenient to cook or relax. Only reason for four stars was it could have been cleaner. There was random hair in all the places you'd normally store things, there was no temperature control that we could find and we looked everywhere. Didn't want to disturb the hosts when we got back after 10 pm to go to sleep but it was absolutely freezing....

"It was a pleasant experience. The whole concept of the Ridge is a great idea. The atmosphere was very peacefully. I was traveling alone and was a little concerned at times. The other door that doesn’t lock was quite concerning. The water pressure and Wi-Fi were the only bad things I can say but in the scheme of things, compared to 1850 it was luxurious. I would stay again but not alone."

"We spent a fun weekend at this property. Having lived in the area for 16 years I have driven by this gem countless times, always admiring it but I could never have imagined how nice, how peaceful a property it is. It's conveniently located close to everything but nestled away for privacy. The game room was a hit, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen well-stocked with everything you need for meals. I highly recommend it and will be glad to stay here again. Cheers! "
