"This was an awesome place to stay close to Fredericksburg. We did not notice any of the issues outlined in previous reviews. Beds were comfortable, house was very clean, and we enjoyed our stay here quite a bit. Communication with the host was hassle free and the check in process was easy. We would absolutely stay here again if we were in the area. "

"I enjoyed being in my own, cozy little cabin near the woods as I found the tiny house to be a very homey and comfortable lodging, yet private and secure. The proprietors were very hospitable. I would recommend this place over a hotel room anytime. And I would hope to book it again if I’m in the area. "

"We had a wonderful and relaxing weekend at this cottage. There was plenty of space for several adults who stayed with us for the weekend. Plentiful bedding towels and all the comforts of home. The kitchen is well stocked to cook and bake for various of meals. We had fun relaxing under the arbor of wisteria and at the firepit. "Such a phenomenal experience! The place is tucked away, though the woods and in the middle of pastures with horses on one side and alpacas on the other. Beautiful, secluded, quiet. "We loved it. Didn’t end up staying in the Vintage RV, apparently it was OOO and therefore we were upgraded to a Cabin. Which was spacious, cozy and very home like. In walking distance from the pool and lake. Would definitely like to come back."

"Excellent proximity to Old Rag for hiking!Lots of room for a group not only to sleep, but to visit. Host was friendly, everything was in order and the property is pet-friendly! I appreciated the host's sense of humor in the welcome book :)This is an older, country home, so you have to go into the rental expecting that. Everything you would want to cook with was there, but had been well-used.Overall this was a wonderful value for the location, especially if split with a large group. "
