"The pictures serves no justice. OMG it's a home away from home!! The home was nice and clean! Soon as we got in there and walked around, I immediately contacted the host and told them how clean the house was. We had everything we needed. The host had directions displayed so you can see them. I had a few questions about some things and the host was prompted and on time with getting back with me. We will definitely stay again! The neighborhood was nice and quiet!!"

"Nice place, quiet neighborhood, extremely great communication and service from property managers. Behind beds in kids room had trash that hadn't been cleaned and between cushions on couch there was some dirt. Minisplit Ac/heat units may need cleaning as they seemed musty smelling at first. That was my only complaints and not anything that was real bad. Enjoyed our stay there and wish I would have had more time there. I would come back and stay here again. Thanks for sharing your house with us!"

"The house was really nice and peaceful stay. We were here for the race at Carolina Motorsports park so it was a perfect location! Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need to cook! "Forest Acres is a beautiful area and the home has tremendous charm. We enjoyed our weekend stay very much and will definitely look into booking other homes in the future with the same hosts in Columbia. The home is beautifully updated and the basement is an amazing space. We also loved the backyard. We love Forest Acres but may look at their other properties closer to campus on our next visit. Highly recommend!"

"Needed a place for a few nights after coming in for a funeral. I didn't like any of the hotel options and this was a perfect solution. The house was immaculately clean and very cozy. Master bed was very comfortable. neighborhood was quiet. Owner was very Gracious in letting me check in just a bit early so that a could drop my bags and change before going to services. all in all, I would Highly recommend. thanks again Patricia!"

"The little home was wonderful and it was so well decorated and cute. The hosts are very accommodating. However, it was quite a ways to find something to eat and we did go there to be able to hike in the park. Unfortunately mother nature brought us rain for the 3 days we were there so we weren't able to do much. It is very cozy and if we get an opportunity to come that way I would definitely stay again."
