The house was fabulous. Very clean and modern, with very nice bathrooms, the kids loved the fancy toilets and the showers had awesome water pressure. The property manager was very prompt in answering questions. It was a very enjoyable stay and we would definitely come back and stay there again.

I do want to say for the little time we actually spent there, it it had everything we needed (for the most part). The host was responsive with all communications. With that being said, our first night there was a chilly one. I inquired the next morning as to spare blankets or comforters for the beds and was told by the host that there were none. We were disappointed by this. And while we didn't use the pool or grill due to the little time we spent there, I feel it's a little tacky to charge guests separately for their use. Overall, it was an ok experience, but we likely would not stay here again.

Nice house, but not as advertised. It said it could accommodate up to 15 guests, which it could not. There were 2 sofa beds and a murphy bed listed on the listing, which were not there. When I inquired about it the host just denied them being on the listing, suggested we use recliner chairs as beds, and then stopped responding. I was so embarrassed having invited people on this trip and promised them beds. There were also no sheets for the sofa beds they did have, and not enough towels. We had to purchase sheets, towels, and an air bed to accommodate the number of people we had booked with.

Our family enjoyed our stay at the Grace Villa! We loved the grill, pool and quiet location. The house accomodated our family of 10 easily. We would have liked to have been made aware there were guests/residents in the lower apartment. That was the only reason we didn't give 5 stars.

Harassment from the Landlord

The Landlord stayed downstairs at the property and kept communicating with us to keep quiet. We were in town for my daughter’s graduation so the noise was not even loud.

Family Funeral

My family was in town for my son's funeral service. He, 23yrs old, was active duty army sgt who passed away while on deployment overseas. Grace Villa was the only 5 bedrm property large enough for 10 people to stay comfortably. The home was exactly as described in the listing, very clean. The house can sleep 15 guests easily but the kitchen was not equipped with adequate dishware, cookware, it lacked basic utensils required for cooking. That was challenging.

Perfect Stay - Highly Recommend This Home!

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at The Grace Villa and couldn’t have been happier with the experience. The house was clean, beautifully designed, and spacious, and it felt like a true home away from home. Everything was exactly as described in the listing. The location was ideal. Roski was incredibly responsive, accommodating, and thoughtful and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. The amenities were top-notch. The only disadvantage was the pillows in the master suite. Better quality pillows would have made for better sleeping. My husband and I tossed a lot because the pillows did not support us comfortably. I would absolutely recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and memorable stay in Reistertown, MD. Thank you, Roski, for a wonderful experience

Nice place but unfortunately a few surprises

The dishwasher doesn’t work, realized that after loaded it already, asked the property manager and told us unfortunately no one will come to help. So we unloaded it and did dishes manually. For some reason when we came back from dinner the first night, we came in to find blasting music on in the living room, while no one was supposed to be in there when we were gone.

Family Reunion

My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. There was more than enough space to house 9 people comfortably. The pool made it even better because it was 90 degree weather just about everyday. It was close to my family that live in Baltimore, as we were there for a family reunion, and everything else that I needed and wanted to do. I would definitely rent again, the host Roski was quick to respond to any questions or concerns.

Family get together

Our stay included parents, 2 married children and 6 grandchildren from out of state. We were visiting additional married child and grandchild who live in Elderburg. Grandchildren all enjoyed ping pong and room to have fun together and play games. Parents and grandparents enjoyed being able to put children to bed and not have to be in room with them (as we would in hotel) so we could also enjoy time together. House was clean and as depicted in pictures. Being close to winter, we did not use back yard, pool or grill. Would happily stay again if we are all visiting daughter's family at the same time.

Absolutely LOVED IT

Me and family were visiting the area due to a death in the family. I want somewhere for me and my family to stay that felt welcoming and safe. This location was everything I wanted and more. The neighborhood was so quiet. The house is very clean and decorated very well. I felt in love with this home. I need another visit to the area, just so I can come visit this property again.
