"Madie’s place is a nice, chill place to stay. We had the whole place to ourselves because of having 8 people. It is an older place with all the rooms but one on the third floor and all bathrooms on the first so keep that in mind when booking because it’s not convenient and might be an issue for older people and young children. Besides that the only other negative is the condition and size of the bathrooms, very small besides one of them and old and dirty looking. The host was amazing her name...

"Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. No natural ventilation. Smelt methane in the bathroom. At a time no hot water. No hot water to the sink. The sink not attached to the wall. No electrical wall outlets. The bathroom requires total renovation. The sheets were I would rate as second hand. In the time I spent there the room was never cleaned. I had to take the towels to be replaced. No lift to the third floor. The emergency exit had a padlock on it. And smokers used the exit , just to smoke there. I...

"The entrance from the road (left side) may look like a drive thru but once getting into the lobby everything was very inviting."

"The staff were helpful and friendly, but the facility is in bad need of renovation specially the bathroom. The bathroom fixtures need replacing and there’s mildew all around the shower floor. Even if you ask them to clean the room, they’ll fix the bed sheets and replace towels but they don’t clean the bathroom or anything. The hair that was in the shower remained there and there was a piece of paper on the floor I left there on purpose, and it stayed there. It was just convenient because it’s...

"The hallway in room fllor smells musky. I think the property has a mold problem."

"Properly is well-maintained; staff is very helpful and friendly"

"A very good clean budget hotel in alabang. Nearby malls and a close laundry shop and 7/11 store make it great to stay at. The staff are very helpful"

"Room were clean and staff was helpful"

"Room is big enough for a family to stay. Tho the soap and shampoo should be given each day. Needs to improve on racks for soap and shampoo in their bathroom. Also, the bathroom has stains on the tiles. Need to clean more. Tho we had a good stay, aircon cannot cool the entire area during summer. Ref is not working."

"Will never go back. Elevator not working. No room service food. Room, bed, pillows, bathroom smells horrible."

"Our room was perfect. The staff was above and beyond helpful, friendly and polite."
