Place was well equipped, provided parking permits, close proximity to Rehoboth and Dewey. Everything was as expected and check in and out was a breeze!

Our stay

The property was very nice and spacious. The only issues were, very small ants in the kitchen by the sink and the view off the decks unfortunately wasn’t the best because there was some kind of a construction equipment yard right behind the unit.That being said we would still stay there again.

Family Vacation

Overall, we had a great time during our stay. It’s a convenient drive to the beach and my kids loved swimming in the pool every day. Our only complaint was when using the washer/dryer it left black stains all over our clothes ruining some of them.

ENJOY

This place was perfect for the three of us. We took our dog! Next time we'll take our kids and grandkids. Everything we needed! -bikes, pool, walking and biking trail easy access, beach chairs and boogie boards. We didn't have to haul anything. Walking distance to restaurants and drug store. It was AWESOME! Can't wait to go back and stay again.

Review

We had a great time. However, the a/c broke while we were there and we were without for 1 1/2 days. Also, the washer and dryer were broken so we couldn't wash any clothes or towels. They had ants and I told the rental agency, but they did nothing about it.

Great location with everything you need for a stay at the beach!

Great location! Easy walking and biking to the outlets and Rehoboth Avenue. Beautiful balconies and outdoor seating on all three levels, - I loved sitting in the all seasons room with my cup of coffee and a book. House was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The hosts are superb! Great communication and very helpful. Looking forward to our next stay. It was just the two of us and the dog this time, but we'll be able to bring the whole family when we return. This place has flawless internet connection and enough space for everyone. It's got everything you need, a fireplace, bunk beds, a fully stocked kitchen, and appliances. There are many thoughtful details provided for the whole family even the dog. I would definitely stay here again."

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was clean, spacious, and well stocked. The location was conveniently located off of route 1 which has every store and restaurant imaginable. Only issue was that there were ants. We bought traps and that seemed to help. The community pool also has limited shade (1 umbrella) so try to snag the shaded area if you go on a very sunny day.

Convenient location, nice layout

We really liked the fact that there was a suite on the first floor for a little bit of privacy from our children. Property was newer and in good condition. The cleaning crew did not do a very good job setting up the home, as there was dust and debris around the home when we arrived.

Comfortable and close to the ocean and boardwalk.

Lots of great amenities in the kitchen. Loved the bikes and outdoor sunroof. Property overall was updated and comfortable.

Great place, great experience!

The trip was just what we needed. A really nice property that's a very short ride/drive from a beautiful beach and a fun little town. Bikes provided for the pedalers, parking pass for drivers. Plenty of room in the modern-yet-friendly property and a layout that's conducive to groups. What struck us was the attention to detail. Steak knives, corkscrew, coffee filters, games for the kids...salt... yup got 'em. I could go on and on but the short version is the owners clearly put themselves in the position of short term visitors that, ahem, may have packed in a hurry and forgotten a few things so they provided accordingly. That level of thoughtfulness was helpful, saved us time and was much appreciated. We'll be back.

Perfect Location, Lovely Home

As an active family, we have been wanting to spend time at the beach but have not been able to find anything that suited all our needs till we found this fabulous place. We checked in to a beautifully clean space, well stocked, comfortable. They even had bunk beds that my youngest claimed three minutes into the weekend. This condo was super convenient to the beach, great places to eat, easy parking … everything you could want to enjoy Rehobeth. Best of all, the hosts provided beautiful bikes that the kids adored, a Rehobeth parking pass (you should have seen the look on my husband’s face – so happy) beach chairs and toys. Next time we come I am only packing helmets and sunscreen. Bathrooms had plenty of hot water and good water pressure. The kitchen had everything for cooking at home, but we made the most of going to Rise Up every morning for coffee and the yummiest of breakfast sandwiches. If you want a truly relaxing getaway at the beach, I highly recommend! Five stars.
