Welcome to our lovely Rehoboth Beach House!  The townhouse is perfectly situated: a quick walk/bike or drive to the beach, boards, shops and restaurants of Rehoboth, steps to the private access to the Junction & Breakwater bike trail to historic Lewes and beyond, a 5 minute drive to the tax-free outlets . . . or just relax by the pool or enjoy the fitness center and clubhouse. Upon entering the townhouse,  the spacious foyer offers a large closet to hold your belongings, as well as garage access for your bikes, beach buggy and beach gear.  The first-floor also offers a serene sea-shell themed bedroom with a queen sized bed and an en-suite bath. This bedroom also has a private, covered patio from which to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail. The second floor features a large and airy open floor plan incorporating the living and dining areas and kitchen.  The sectional sofa, chairs and dining table are perfect for watching your favorite shows on the smart TV or enjoying games  and cards with the family.  Off the living area, you find a lovely screened porch with comfortable furniture  from which you can hunker down with a good book or enjoy a cold beverage, coffee or conversation at any time of day or night.  The chef in the group will enjoy whipping up a gourmet meal in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with stainless appliances, granite countertops and an island for prep work or serving a buffet dinner.  In addition, the dining area features a table with seating for six; an additional café table in the kitchen offers seating for two.   The second floor conveniently features a powder room as well.   Let's head to the third floor with 2 separate primary suites!    Sail away in the first primary bedroom . . . a calming oasis in shades of indigo! This room offers a King bed, large dresser with mirror, walk-in closet and a large en-suite bath with a double sink and access to a deck. The second bedroom features two full-size beds, two large closets and an en-suite bath with a combination  tub/shower.  Bonus:  For that occasional cloudy day, all the bedrooms have smart TVs (Roku), so everyone can binge-watch their personal favorites! No trips to the laundromat either... a stack washer and dryer is located on the third floor.  Rent for 3 night periods throughout the year! Book a 7 night stay and get a discount! Pets are not permitted although a hypoallergenic dog has stayed at home with the owner.
Guests pay a $175 cleaning fee for all stays. Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent.

The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This is an additional fee that will NOT be included on VRBO.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards for your initial deposit. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your arrival date, and will be automatically charged to your card on file if not paid prior to the due date. If you’d like to make a payment with a personal check or eCheck, please contact your agent for details. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card.

VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked on VRBO, you will be contacted by a representative from the management company via phone or email and you will be sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed to confirm your reservation. Apart from damage protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking. Unless indicated otherwise, Linens/Towels and paper products are NOT INCLUDED. Guests may rent Linens/Towels through the hosting company or bring their own.
