We had a truly amazing week spent with our family-(7adults and 3 young children.) Lynn's home is spacious, very comfortable, and well stocked. She is super friendly and responds back to you quickly with any questions or concerns that you may have. The beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach wagon were a big plus as was the outside shower, and shaded private fenced-in backyard. We are looking forward to coming back next year and making more amazing Rehoboth Beach memories with our family.

End of June vacay

The place was amazing. There were paper products and cleaning supplies at the house which made it easy and less to pack and buy.It was in a great location. Not exactly walkable with chairs to the beach but if you dropped off the chairs and walked down it was doable. Our family walked to town every night and enjoyed it. Lynn was very responsive when we called with a question. Definitely would stay here again.

Fantastic House

This was a great house that was quite spacious, with all the amenities you could want. A nice touch was the beach chairs, umbrella and wagon for going out on the beach.

Excellent beach vacation spot

Lynn’s home was a wonderful place to stay for our restful and relaxing beach vacation. Everyone got their own bed and the kitchen had everything we needed to make dinner and breakfast for everyone. I’d definitely consider this location in the future.

Hidden gem, but some issues

The pluses: very good, quiet location walkable to boardwalk and beach. Residential street parking passes included. Spacious with two living room areas. Great kitchen essentials. There were two issues: sheets and towels are not provided and this isn’t clear in the listing . Second and most important, the property has a somewhat musty smell. This appears to be a known issue as there are charcoal pouches and fans throughout the property. Additionally on two occasions there was an unflattering smell experienced when the upstairs shower was in use. My family had a good week but this last issue should be addressed There are

Family vacation

This house was the perfect location for our group to enjoy Rehoboth. In fact, some members of the group thought the rainy day when we all stayed in the house and played games was the most fun of the week. Family getaway

Property owner was very good about being in touch with things to expect and answered extremely quickly when we called with a question. Nice size house for more than one family staying. Super close to playgrounds for kids and really close to a great coffee shop! Easy to get around to town and beach.

Lovely stay, lovely hosts!

We had a great time during our girls weekend stay at the home. Lynn was a lovely host and very responsive. The house itself is well-equipped with everything you could need and it's a great space for groups of people to play games and chat. There was plenty of sleeping space. The location was great! A short walk to the beach and downtown.

Perfect summary getaway

7 of us stayed in this home (my family of 4, 2 in-laws, my Dad) and we all had a comfortable and happy time. The house is set a few blocks back from the beach (about 8 - 11 minute walk) and the bumpin' town of Rehoboth, but the neighborhood is quiet and relaxing. There was plenty of space in the house for us to spread out when needed. We all had our favorite spaces for privacy and yet we all fit at the dinner table together. The materials stocked in the house were perfect - we only ordered groceries upon arrival. Move-in was seamless and Lynn is a great communicator. We absolutely recommend this welcoming house in Rehoboth! Our kids' favorite places were Funland, the playgrounds around Silver Lake, and the boardwalk.

Beach Reunion

We, the grandparents, had a fantastic time with our sons and grandchildren at your property. The extra space was much loved by our two young toddlers and their parents. While we would have loved to stay longer, it just wasn't feasible for our out-of-state members. Being able to stay together for less than a week was appreciated more than you can know. We've rented many vacation homes and this one was by far the best stocked and so nice to have the cart and chairs! Thank you so much for sharing your home and for giving us some priceless moments with our family.

Another amazing year!

We had another wonderful year! Between our friends and us, we had 5 young kids and the house is perfect for young ones. Spacious, kid proof, close to the beach, funland and an amazing playground- you can’t ask for more! We are so thankful for this year 2 tradition and Lynn’s wonderful home!

Great location and house

Lynn was a great host and very attentive to all things around the house. It is very convenient to walk to the Main Street as well as the beach, and great chairs and umbrellas during our time there. I’d definitely recommend this as a great place to stay in rehoboth.

A Very Nice Rehoboth Beach House

Well-located, able to walk downtown, parking for 2 cars in driveway, large rooms, great TV, a very comfortable place to stay with nice, helpful and responsive landlords. The house comes with 2 parking passes that enable guests to park at the beach and on residential streets.

Enjoyable Time

Met family for 75th birthday celebration. Location is close to town and within walking distance of beach. Well stocked house. We did have to bring our own towels and linens. Recommend.
