The cleanest, best stocked VRBO in the state!

Staying at Billy's house is like staying at you good friend's home. It is so clean and well stocked. I was hoping to just have enough space for our family of 4. The house was way more than that! It was super clean, like it had just been deep cleaned that morning. The kitchen had plates and utensils and glasses and wine glasses for more than just our family. (This is never the case with a rental in Rehoboth.) We loved the property and are hoping we can sneak a week in next summer.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

What a perfect Rehoboth beach getaway/townhouse! Six of us stayed for 2 nights and the house was just what we needed. It was conveniently located a mile from beach and a mile from Dewey so we could visit multiple restaurants, beaches, etc. The house was clean, the beds were very comfortable and had extra pillows, etc, Checkin was a breeze and we all got our steps in with scenic and easy walks to and from the beach, boardwalk, etc. I highly recommend - you'll love this place!

Nice and clean

Everything was neat and clean. Didn't have to ask for anything. Two days after we arrived extra paper towels and garbage bags were delivered to the house.( we didn't even ask). We reached out to Billy while staying there and he responded very quickly. We had no complaints.

Great Second Time

This is the second time we have stayed here and it was still just as great. Three great sized rooms, nice living space, and a well stocked kitchen. Outside space is just enough for a grill and a few chairs to hang out. Outdoor shower is a plus!! Easy to walk to the main strip, but a bit of a hike with lots of stuff for the beach. We dropped everyone off then biked back on the beach cruiser which is also available. Billy and his buddy who live in the complex are easily available for any issues or questions.

Quick Stay

We only had time for a long weekend and Billy's place was perfect. Very easy to find, had everything we needed, plenty of space for 4 of us, and close to everything. Loved the coffee/breakfast place a short walk away. We would stay there again.

Nice, private space

The property was as advertised and well maintained. Good location for quiet privacy but not too far from beach and boardwalk. Decent furnishings and good space for hanging out. Only complaint: front bedroom got A LOT of morning sun and the mattress was quite firm. Bring your own pillows. All in all I give it an ‘A’

Wonderful Property

The townhouse was perfect for my friends and I. Comfortable with some interesting decor. Close to both Rehoboth and Dewey. Realistically it’s walking distance to both. It was great!

Great condo stay close to everything

Super great place to stay. Well stocked condo with everything you need. 2 parking spots. Gas BBQ, fridge, electric stove, A/C, comfy beds, nice quiet neighborhood and close to everything. It's about a mile walk to the beach but an ez drive. Will definitely plan to stay here next time we come to RB. Thanks Billy.

First visit to Rehoboth

We traveled to Rehoboth to enjoy some time at the beach while we were there for the Sports at the Beach tournament. Billy was an awesome host. Family friendly space, very clean and welcoming. We would stay here again for sure!

Fabulous stay and great location

Perfect location for our 4th of July long weekend. Easy to get to Dewey and walk to the boardwalk. House was very comfortable and host was super responsive. Would definitely stay again!

Felt like i was staying at a friends place.

Wanted to treat the wife to a long birthday weekend at the beach. After looking at the photos i was sold. Upon entering the quaint yet spacious home we were all pleasantly suprised. The updated home with a plethora of interesting decor, told a story upon each room you entered. Everything was clean and ready to go when we arrived. We took our teenage son and his friend along with my elderly mother. We all had our own private space. The walk to the beach was not long and was nice walking through the quaint beach town. The owner was as friendly as they come and felt like i was staying at a friends house. There was nothing negative to say about this stay. Grab this one up if it is available. You will not be sorry.

Our family had a great time at this condo! Bill took care of everything we needed for the house or questions, etc. You can't ask for a better location for a beach town. Super close to everything, even walking distance which is a plus!

Great property!

The properties location is great especially if you have a bike, there is easy access to the boardwalk/beach (7 min bike ride or 20 min walk). The property itself is well decorated and clean. There is a nice size outdoor area as well. Only issue I had was I thought there was two full baths when it was only one full bath and one half bath. Otherwise I loved our stay!!

Just Right!

Exactly as stated from listing. Size was perfect for our family (4 adults, 1 kid and 1 toddler), with a nice patio to hang out in nice weather. Location was perfect, close enough to the beach and close enough to the outlets. Perfectly in the middle. Would be great for bike riders. Owner/Host was great! Communicated well and consistently throughout.

Great stay!

After a long drive we entered a clean, comfortable unit. Centrally located and nicely decorated. I can’t say enough about our host, Billy! Terrific!!! He communicated everything we needed to know about the place and was just a text away with directions to the beach or good restaurants. Don’t know how but we lost the keys to the unit. He responded immediately and his care taker( lovely man) was letting us in. We really like Rehoboth beach! We’ll be back 😎

Nice Vacation Spot

We had a great time in Rehoboth Beach and enjoyed our stay at this place. The best feature is the space; we had plenty of room for our family of six. I loved that the living room table was a big red die (I like kitsch) and to my surprise, the dining room table had a chess/checker board embedded in it. That was a novelty for the kids. The location just off Route 1 is very convenient and is very quiet given it is a few feet from the traffic. Overall one of our top places to stay in the area. A couple of things to note; the dryer was out of order, which seemed to be a problem from 2021. The washing machine worked once and then died on us. Billy, the owner, was very apologetic about it and offered to provide some cash for the laundromat, which we declined as we felt it was only an inconvenience, not a deal breaker. It would have been nice to avoid spending a hot night in a laundromat on our vacation though. On the second day of our stay, the home security system began repeatedly blaring an alert that a water sensor had been triggered. Billy didn't know how to make it stop. We wound up unplugging the thing and removing the batteries so we could get some peace. As I said, this home was a top place for us to stay; it would be better if the owner was a bit more diligent in home maintenance. Billy does make up for it, though, with his responsiveness and very courteous manner. I would stay here again if we come back to the area (and the appliances work). Thank you, Billy!

Great value in Rehoboth!

Great location, only a few blocks from downtown Rehoboth and the beach. The house was very cute, pictures don’t do it justice. Back patio and outdoor shower was lovely!
