This was a great place for me and my family to stay for a week. The community pools were great for non-beach days and Rehoboth, Dewey and Lewes beaches were all a short drive away. The property itself is very spacious and has everything you could need including a pack and play, high chair and potty seat for littles. Thanks!

Stunk like cigarette smoke, cigarette stains everywhere. I have a two year old.

Everything was great except for the stink of cigarettes throughout the whole apartment and the upstairs neighbors being upset when they heard my baby crying and purposely waking him up. I thought my booking was until the 6th, and realized today that it was through today. Gwen came in and left the door wide open to let me son run out and let her cleaners in and out. I felt rushed and

The best

Very relaxing stay

7 night stay with family 6 adults and 1 grandchild. Our host was very accommodating and made our stay so nice. The closeness of the beach was just the right fit for us. We would definitely stay here again.

Family Adventure

Mostly a great stay

Property was very nice and the property manager was easy to reach. We had a problem with the coded lock and she came right over to change batteries. The main concern we had was a moderate smell of cigarette smoke inside the condo. We bought candles and fabreeze which helped a little but the manager reported it was coming in from the downstairs condo and it remained a challenge throughout our stay. Be aware you need to bring your own linens/towels or be prepared to do the laundry on your final day. Clean folded sheets and towels is a checkout requirement.We would stay here again, but will bring our own linens next time.

Great Location, spacious unit

The condo was perfect for the four adults. Clean, close to everything. Only drawback was that we were required to wash all the towels and four sets of bedding before checking out. It would have taken hours so we packed our own. Just had to make the bed when we got there and before we left. Checkin instructions were clear.

Great stay

Great property. Great location just enough out of the hectic world of downtown Rehoboth but right off route 1 near Rehoboth Ave, so convenient to everything. The space is nice, very roomy and bright. Has everything I needed for a 2 week stay. I have nothing negative to report, would gladly stay here again

Roomy accommodations

This property was well maintained with easy access from route 1. The pool and the screened in patio were very relaxing in the condo with spacious and comfortable. The kitchenware was plentiful which is not always the case in some rental units. My only suggestion would be to bring your own larger coffee mugs.

What a host !!

This oversized condo was the perfect fit for us and our family. The large bunk room was a hit. Well stocked with all the beach needs and such a nice pool to relax after busy days. Host was welcoming. Convenient location. We would definitely recommend!!!

Great, quiet location.

The condo was clean and the hosts were responsive. We had no problems with anything. The kids enjoyed the swimming pools, and the adults enjoyed walking from the condo to Rehoboth Ave. We hope to stay again!

Perfect Long Weekend!

Property is very clean and spacious, nice open floor plan, and very central to Lewes, Rehoboth, and Dewey. Owner was very easy to reach, and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Family Getaway

This resort is beautiful. 3 bedroom/ 2 baths a nice 3 season patio. Nice and spacious living room with cozy furniture, very nice kitchen with breakfast bar, island, and spacious dining area. Pools, grilling and close to everything on 1. Only a 5 minute drive, (if that) to the Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk! We will be back!!!

This is our second time staying at this property. It is located in a quiet, private community with easy access to restaurants, shopping and the beach. The property is clean and well appointed. Would recommend and will plan to stay there again.
