The property was very spacious and equipped with the right amount of furniture to still give us plenty of room for all of our things. We travelled with 2 children (2 and 6 mths) and of course all of the paraphernalia that goes with littles. Decor was nice and beachy (we put up a couple of things to baby proof). The property is located conveniently between Rehoboth and Lewes, and since we had some rain on our vacation it was nice to be close to the outlets. The community pool was open even though our trip was after Labor Day. That was something I was hoping for, however again the weather didn't really cooperate. At any rate, our vacation was a lot of fun, and we were grateful for such a nice place to stay.

Great location

Very clean, comfortable and affordable condo. Location was perfect. Close to the Outlets, Golf, Waterparks and some very good restaurants. I loved the 3 King rooms with adjoining baths. The fourth bedroom was perfect for our 6 grandsons to share. I would love to return again in the future!

Best place ever!

Beautiful home! With everything you'd want right there. Short walk to the pool, even shorter walk to extra parking. A few minutes drive to the beach, boardwalk and hundreds of shops, restaurants, breweries, ice cream parlors, coffee shops, breakfast cafe's, bars, night life, etc... A few minutes drive the other way are grocery stores, more restaurants, outlet shopping, mini golf. It was the perfect spot. Also the perfect vacation spot for my wife and I, our 3 adult children, their spouses, children and pets. So much room, so much fun! Enough room to be all together and privacy to be apart. We'll definitely look to book it again.

Making Memories

Loved, Loved, Loved the place! Great proximity to everything, the grandkids loved the pool, the trail is fantastic and the house was magnificent. Jean-Pierre and David were great hosts. We hope to return soon.

Stay in Rehoboth

Place was big enough for 10 of us. The little neighborhood within the development was very nice with access to the trail. Having parking passes was so on key. It helped a great deal! Owners are good to communicate with.

Great Beach Week

The house was beautifully decorated, well maintained, and very clean. The location is central to so many different activities and restaurants. We enjoyed the mid level deck after a day on the beach with drinks and appetizers. The pet friendly benefit was perfect for us not wanting to put our pet in a kennel. I would stay in the house again gladly.

Beach Vacation in Rehoboth

Our fantastic beach vacation was an absolute delight from start to finish. The spacious and comfortable home provided the perfect retreat for our family. The children and grandchildren had an absolute blast, making wonderful memories that will last a lifetime. With the beach just a stone's throw away and easy access, we spent our days soaking up the sun and playing in the sand. The quiet and serene community, coupled with a refreshing pool, added a touch of relaxation and tranquility to our unforgettable getaway.

Great location - 4 floors, tons of space

This is great for a large group as everyone has their own space. Perfect location for the beach (we rode bikes there a lot) and quick drive to boardwalk. I wouldn’t rely on the shuttle to the beach as it doesn’t start till 3pm and really not that convenient. Would stay there again!

Loved our stay at this house. Great location. Actually has an extra parking spot. No one had to share bathrooms. One of the best stays ever. Washer and dryer worked great, but there is an odor coming from them.

Rehoboth Vacation

Love this townhouse!!! Has everything you need.. you will need to bring towels and sheet sets and a beach umbrella if you have one (they sell them on the beach for $16 for the day) Location is great!! You can walk to CVS, Tanger Outlet Malls, Outback and Iron Hill Brewery. In the development, there is a gate for a walking trail that you can take to The Point coffee house. The beach is a 5min. drive. You will have a wonderful stay here!!!

Perfect Stay for a Getaway

The layout was so desirable! Every couple was able to have their own floor for sleeping and bathing....then we all came together on level 2 for group meals, board games, tv & movies and just hanging out. Interior was nicely decorated and neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. It was off season for tourists. We were minutes away from beach, downtowns, restaurants, shopping ....everything! We would defintely stay again if events bring us all to the area again. The hosts provided all the information we needed and answered any questions.

A Wonderful Place to Stay!

We had a wonderful experience, vacation and family wedding! The property was clean and well maintained with lots of extra amenities. There was plenty of room for all and it was lovely. The neighbors and other guests at the property were friendly and welcoming. We loved having the pool in addition to beach access and the location was so convenient to shopping and restaurants. We would highly recommend and hope to visit again in the future! Our hosts were fabulous! Thank you!!
