Beautiful unobstructed ocean view. Nicely decorated. Not a beach vibe, but still very nice. A couple of small hiccups with codes for getting the key, internet, and tv access. Will write owner separately to recommend changes to the instructions. Otherwise, a great place to stay and would highly recommend. Great water pressure in the shower. Lots of plug-ins for electronics (once I found them). Internet worked well. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen was tiny, but we only used it for coffee and snacks. Just caution that the place is a little small. It’s fine for 2, but I wouldn’t recommend trying to squeeze any extra people in.

The view from the balcony was great! We were right on the beach/Boardwalk. It was wonderful to sit on the balcony and see the beautiful, sparkling ocean and hear the waves. Parking was convenient. Good location. The pool could use some umbrellas for shade.

Very nice place convenient to a lot of activities. But Murphy bed gets in the way of the tv. You can’t watch tv from the Murphy bed. Other than that very nice place.

Anniversary Get Away

Overall property was great. Nice location with a great view. Had issues when we first arrived with getting keys. Instructions were not clear and it took us about 45 minutes to figure it out. Outdoor keys only worked on garage and lobby doors. Shower was difficult to figure out. I never saw a mechanism such as that one. TV instructions also not clear. Other than those issues, all went well. one.

A Perfect Stay!

A super comfortable, newly renovated apartment, right on the boardwalk. Stunning ocean views, 1-2 mins to the beach and Rehoboth shops. The apartment has everything you need. We’ll be back!

A very nice place at the beach.

We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend in this condo right on the boardwalk. It has a well-equipped kitchen, nice furniture, and a comfortable (Murphy) bed. You will have a great view of the ocean, the nearby beach, and the sunrises from its balcony. The bike storage is very convenient and secure, you just take the elevator down to a secure garage and go from there. Rehoboth is a nice town with friendly people and good restaurants. There is a wonderful state seaside park nearby with many biking trails through picturesque wetlands full of birds of all kinds.

Great location - just one issue..

Location is amazing - right on the boardwalk near the southern part of town - was ideal for us. Amazing views all the time and the most amazing sunrises! Space was as pictured in the listing - very nice space. Issues were that while the kitchen had some things, you really could not cook for two adults. The pots and pans that were there were very small - sized for a child's kitchen. We ended up going to the local TJ Max and getting a normal sized frying pan and a pot large enough for making pasta - $50 we shouldn't have needed to spend but since we didn't need them at home, we left them in the unit for future guests who may need to cook. (You're welcome!)

Love the Sea Colony condos

3rd time staying , different unit each time depending on availability in spring and fall. Arrived Sunday afternoon b4 Memorial Day and it was a zoo. We tried to park at the condo and walk to Baltimore for the keys but the condo check in parking desk guy chased us down on the boardwalk ( I guess he was watching us on this CCTV ), to tell us we can’t do that, even though I could’ve shown him my reservation proof on my phone but it’s not allowed without the keys in hand. I mean the town was so crowded it was difficult getting around. So my roommate found a place to temporarily park finally while I walked to Baltimore. Kind of a PIA. It was soooo much easier the second time I stayed at Sea Colony in a different unit - I just used the panel of buttons in the Sea C lobby, pushed the corresponding condo # unit, talked to the guy who answered, and he electronically unlocked the condo door. There is an open keyless entry doorway into the condo lobby if arrival is before they close the counter. That’s the sticky point in the whole process though. Luck can be had if someone is nearby and sees that you need to get inside and they’ll let you in. With suitcases in hand how can that be mid-construed. There must be a way to fix it so you can enter the Lobby after counter shutdown with a panel/ keyboard , whatever, code, but I guess no one wants to spend the $’s.

The studio was very large and decorated beautifully. It’s located on the boardwalk, so you can just park and walk to shops and restaurants. The balcony was a great place to enjoy the ocean view.

Would definitely stay here again! Perfect location, condo was well equipped including towels and sheets - beautiful view of the ocean as soon as you walk in ! Parked our car at check in and didn’t need it again til we checked out . We walked everywhere from shopping to eating. Very sad to leave but we will be back !

Anniversary get away

We totally enjoyed the beautiful beach apt. We booked last minute but we had no trouble from getting our keys to settling in. The view from this studio was everything I hoped for and more. There was plenty of space to lounge and sleep! The balcony was perfect for us to catch the sunrise! We had wonderful communications with our hosts and I would very much recommend them for your future stay!
