Come unwind in your own private beachside apartment—perfect for two! This cozy, thoughtfully designed retreat has everything you need, including a full kitchen, oversized couch for movie nights, and plenty of space to relax.

The extra-spacious bedroom features a plush king-size bed and an oversized closet, so you’ll have room to settle in and feel at home.

Apartment comfortably accommodates 2 guests. Additional exceptions may be made for young children—just ask!

For your peace of mind, we take extra care to clean and sanitize the apartment thoroughly between each guest.

Guests will need to go up a set of stairs to access the apartment.

$ Nightly rates include the 7% City Rental Accommodation Tax — no extra surprises!

Please do not use the driveway next to the building. It must remain clear for local business access throughout the day.

Winter Parking:
Free street parking in winter.

Summer Parking:
Metered and permit-required parking in summer.

We provide 1 parking permit for summer guests. Please return it at check-out—a $350 replacement fee applies if lost.

Quick loading and unloading is allowed in the yellow zone if street parking isn’t available nearby.

Beach Gear:
Includes 1 umbrella and 2 beach chairs.

No washer/dryer in unit.

Please be mindful of noise during the day, as there's a retail store below and other tenants nearby.
