Our family had a great trip staying at Jason’s property. Condo was clean and well stocked. This is our second stay at Dewey beach, last year staying at the Hyatt so we were familiar with the location. My young kids enjoyed the board games stocked in the living room and the rubber duck collection! Jason was always in touch making sure we had a great stay. We loved that the condo is located close to the beach and bay or you can just spend the day at the rooftop pool. We also had a cloudy cold day during our trip and the kids spent the day at the indoor pool inside the Hyatt. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Well, I hadn’t been to Dewey Beach in a long time. I needed a place that was fun and dog friendly.The place was better than advertised, I’m serious.The host was as good as possible. His descriptions were excellent. His communication was even better than that and even took the time to come meet us and get to know us. The host was incredible.

Host was incredibly attentive (but not intrusive). Check-in directions were unusually detailed, easy to follow, and accurate.Place was exquisitely appointed, with great view of the bay, only steps from multiple restaurant and pub offerings. Would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay! The host was really helpful and available for questions and suggestions. The condo was so so clean. The beds were really comfortable. I spent most of my time enjoying all of the views from our balcony, even the people-watching. It was so easy to visit the beach, the bay, and the pool all in one day. The night life is loud with such a prime location, but my AirPods took care of that problem. The music always ended right on schedule. We would love to visit again!

This is our third year vacationing in Dewey but this was our best stay. Jason was easy to get in touch with and prompt with responding to questions. He was in town at the town of our arrival and came to meet us at the condo. He showed us to our unit and was friendly and helpful. The unit was extremely clean, which is the most important thing for us. It was also fully stocked with things we were able to use, which was a pleasant surprise. We will definitely book his condo every year now!

Had a wonderful stay at this very clean and comfortably decorated condo. Communication before and throughout was fantastic. We know the area well but they had great recommendations on food and things to do. Overall - top notch furnishings throughout Bedroom - very comfy bed Living - open floorplan; awesome couch; + very cool bar style dining table overlooking the living area. It had great chairs to sit in. Kitchen - well equipped

Residences @ Lighthouse Cove, is a special place to escape. Securing this penthouse made for an over the top stay. It’s location is perfect; neither too close or far from all the amenities or parking to elevator! The LHC amenities are unparalleled! Most of all the entire family is welcome, be them two footed or four 🐾 pawed! Of our many Lighthouse stays, this unit was immaculate, fully stocked (bikes, beach chairs, sheets, towels, kitchen & cooking wares), beautifully appointed & comfortably furnished from the inviting sectional to therapeutic mattress! All this & a readily available host! Jason was terrific, helpful, & accommodating. We have found THE Lighthouse Cove residence we hope & plan to return to time & again!

First time in Dewey Beach & had an awesome time! The condo was beautiful & had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The owner was very helpful about where to go & what to do around the area too. We’ll be back for sure in the near future!

This property was exactly as advertised. Clean and beautifully furnished. It is located on the bayside but just a quick walk to the oceanside. We easily walked to lots of restaurants and had a perfect view of Rehoboth Beach's fireworks from our balcony! The restaurant and bar across the street was very busy and they played live music until 1 am. The owner told us about this at check-in and provided a white noise machine to help with this. It was a holiday weekend so the noise was pretty loud. If you are a light sleeper you may want to bring ear plugs. Having said that, we would definately stay here again! The pool was fantastic and has a great view of the bay. The owner met us for an early check-in and made sure we knew how to access all the amenities. He provided an extensive list of local information that was very helpful. We had the best of everything in this rental and look forward to staying again!
