We stayed at this property recently, and had stayed next door before so were very familiar with the development and the properties. The home is a 4-star home. The layout is good, it's pretty up-to-date, well-equipped, and the furnishings are nice.We gave this 3 stars, because of the management and hosting experience, and a misleading listing regarding what's included with the property. There are multiple layers of management involved with this property,:a hosting company (Evolve) and a separate property management company. This caused confusion and frustration about the towels and bed linens that the property listing stated are included with the property. After contacting the hosting company to confirm, it took more than 2 weeks for them to get back to me, and then they said that towels/linens aren't included. I showed them a screen shot of the listing, and it took another week for someone to get back to me, saying that they don't deal with that, the prop mgmt co does. All in all, it took 4 weeks and texting with the property management company to get the towels/linens confirmed. And those, and several "included essentials" weren't at the house when we checked in.The total host fees for the booking (on top of the per-night fees, and not including the VRBO service fee) was much higher than other properties. This included a property mgmt company "property damage protection" charge that is never refunded, and seemed to be a way to add an additional charge.
