Great house for family time in Bethany Beach

The house is spacious with lots of common living space, outdoor deck seating, and screened in porch seating, all of which we used at different times of our stay. Each bedroom has a bathroom which is also a big plus. The kitchen is stocked with the basics and the big kitchen table is terrific for eating as well as for just gathering. The property manager was accessible, responsive, and helpful both before and during our stay. We lucked out with great weather which added to us all enjoying our stay. What you see is what you get and this is a fabulous place to stay for a fun and enjoyable visit to Bethany Beach. Thank you!

Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay very much, everyone had a good time. The house is well located between Dewey Beach and Bethany Beach. It was great condition and a minor problem with an appliance was quickly addressed by the owner. The screened in porch was wonderful.

Family Beach Vacation

The house was nicely maintained, a well stocked and had quality appliances. We especially liked the generous amount of common area space inside and outside (deck & screened in porch) to accommodate our large group. The community facilities were also very nice, especially the pool. Views of the bay were wonderful. It was much nicer than any previous rental properties we have used. Bob was quickly responsive to any questions or issues that arose. The only drawback was the highway crossing to get to the beach was quite busy at times without a crossing light though it might have been worse during the July 4th week. Overall we were very happy with the vacation rental.

Nice property for a group stay

We enjoyed a long weekend at this property with pretty close access to the beach and easy access to a quiet community pool. The house has a great deck with a large table for pleasant outdoor dining together.

Lovely house with great location and views

We took our sons, grandchildren and my elderly mom to the beach the week of May 20th and really had a great time. Lovely, well stocked house, with great views was very comfortable. The neighborhood is safe and was perfect for teaching our grandson to ride a bike. The beach is 1 minute drive with ample parking. The homeowner was responsive and helpful. We would go again.

Wonderful Water Front Property.

The photos did not capture how spacious and open the home is. Truly, this is a beautiful property. Stunning views thought out. It was very clean. The location is perfect. We were able to go down to Ocean City, Fenwick, and up to Rehoboth with no traffic issues and come back to the quiet retreat that is this area. Having the use of beach gear was such a help and being a very short walk (doable with over 4 children all under the age of 10) from the beach was lovely. We would book this property again in a heartbeat. The owners take great care of it and it shows.

Serenity Now

Great location overlooking the bay in a quiet peaceful neighborhood. Beech is across the street and fairly easy to reach by foot. Home has a great kitchen with everything at your disposal and bedrooms and bathrooms are clean, well appointed with some great views. Owner is easy to work with and extremely thorough. Definitely would recommend!

Beautiful spot

The location has a beautiful view of a bay for watching the wildlife right in the backyard. We enjoyed the home cooked meals made in the well equipped kitchen. The beach across the highway is not over crowded at all. Enjoyed the community pool too. Close to the Bethany Beach town center for shopping and ice cream. Made the short trip to OC Maryland and Fenwick Island for some other excursions. Bedrooms all have private bathrooms/toilets. House is open and spacious for everyone’s comfort. Enjoyed our stay here immensely!

Just About Perfect!

We have just returned from a special week at this great beach house. There were ten of us, ranging in age from 5 to 75 and it was perfect for each. Two of the adults had to work remotely for part of the time, but their views from the deck while working were lovely. Plenty of room to spread out. Well equipped kitchen. Quick stroll to the community pool. Walkable to the beach, although with caution crossing the road. Beautiful community.The owner always responded promptly to questions or concerns.

Great family friendly option

This was our second stay at this house We had plenty of space, both shared and private for three generations. The house has a nice water view from the large screened porch just off the kitchen and from one of the upstairs bedrooms (unfortunately not the master, although it also has a decent view including of sunset). The house is well stocked. The location allows easy travel to either Bethany or Rehoboth. The community swimming pool is near the house and is clean and never crowded. In an extra nice touch, the homeowner supplies many household necessities including things like handsoap, toilet tissue, dish soap, etc. We paid the reasonable fee charged for linens and the beds were made up in advance with soft, comfortable sheets, something we have experienced in other places but never before in Rehoboth. The towels included in the fee were full sized, soft and fluffy. The owner provided clear and complete information and instructions and even included a checkout form for communicating anything needing attention and indicating any supplies needing to be replenished. This impressed us as a real effort to maintain the many things that made the house a comfortable, easy home base for our family.

Peaceful Sanctuary

The property was exactly as described. We enjoyed peace and quiet and plenty of space. The screened-in porch and the view of the water was amazing. The home was well-stocked with everything we needed. The location was drivable to Dewey, Bethany, Rehoboth, Fenwick Island, and Ocean City. There was not much to do in walking distance. The walk to the beach wasn’t long, but we had to cross a major highway without a pedestrian walk. It wasn’t an issue for 6 adults. The beach was not crowded at all. We did not use the pool, but we never saw anyone in it. Bob always responded promptly. We would strongly recommend this property.

Beautiful property with awesome view of the bay, in an impeccable complex of similar homes. Our family couldn’t have been more comfortable in this home equipped with every thing you might need . Across the street from the beach and complex had a pool that we also enjoyed. Convenient to restaurants and shopping, etc.

Last week of summer

We had a wonderful stay the last week of August. 2 families with kiddos 6 and 9. Gated community is beautiful overlooking the bay on both sides very short walk to the pool (saltwater!), that we had to ourselves most of the time. The walk to the beach was a bit longer than expected, crossing a busy 4 lane highway with little ones wasn't ideal but there were decent brakes in traffic so wasn't horrible. The house was beautiful, kitchen was well equipped and stocked with everything you would need, bedrooms comfortable, id suggest bringing your own alarm clocks if you have kids that need to know when its ok to get up. 4 adults and 4 kids had a great week away at this beautiful home! Thank you for sharing it with us.

There were 10 of us in our family party and we all had a great time staying at this beautiful property. The house is large, well furnished and complete with many extra touches. The water views are lovely. Bob was very responsive to our needs and the whole process was clear and convenient. The pool is close to the house, is very clean, and not at all crowded. The beach access is easy.
