2nd year in a row returning here! Its a lovely stay for couples or those bold enough to vacation solo! The property is beautiful, the pool is fantastic & the innkeepers are delightful people. The benefit of being able to interact with other patrons is such a nice social aspect missing from any hotel or air b&b

The perfect combination of beach charm, comfortable accommodations, hospitable and efficient staff, and delightful amenities. The breakfast was delicious with gluten free options, and the dog friendly environment made traveling with our little Murray quite stress free, all topped off with a game of bocce and a very refreshing swim/float each day in the pool just outside our suite. The Homestead Bed and Breakfast in Rehoboth Beach really checks all of the boxes!

This establishment is well managed and maintained. Very rarely can you expect a B&B to be efficient and genuinely warm at the same time- Homestead makes this happen effortlessly. This is the first place we will look to stay anytime we need to stay in Delaware.

We had a wonderful stay at the Homestead Bed & Breakfast! The owners are truly amazing people—friendly, welcoming, and always willing to make sure you are comfortable. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and one of the highlights of our stay. The whole place felt warm, relaxing, and like a home away from home. We highly recommend the Homestead Bed & Breakfast and will definitely be returning!

We love this B&B, and so does our dog. The dog wash is particularly great after a trip to the beach. Great breakfasts for the humans, with lots of choices.

Amazing property and innkeepers! This is a hidden gem in the Rehoboth Beach area. Property is immaculate, pool is wonderfully relaxing, and breakfast offerings are delicious . Innkeepers, Joe and David , have thought of everything to make their guests feel welcome. The garden room was delightfully decorated and felt homey . The location is excellent; quick access to the beach, shopping, restaurants, and a welcome refuge from the crowds when finished with daily activities. We have been going to Rehoboth for more than thirty years, this was a refreshing find for our trip .

We especially enjoyed the breakfasts which offered many choices. The grounds were maintained well with many flowering plants. The pool looked well maintained. The place is pet friendly and we saw several guests with well behaved dogs. Our room, the Sea Glass room was narrow, so I wouldn’t recommend it if someone has a big dog. The inn is on a busy corner so you will hear cars, but we enjoyed our stay.

This property is perfect for location and comfort. The place is very safe and the pool is gorgeous! We had the most delicious breakfasts prepared by David and Joe - the vegan options were amazing! I would highly recommend this property to any individual, couple or family/friend group.

Homestead was just what we needed for a welcoming, relaxing few days. It is center to all things Rehoboth. The garden views are a beautiful aesthetic and the breakfast meals were delicious! If you enjoy peaceful environments that are not too far from the beach, great seafood restaurants, and hiking trails- plan for Homestead a perfect couple getaway!

Wonderful B&B in Rehoboth

Hosts are friendly & quick to reply to emails & text. Clean & comfortable rooms. Breakfast is made–to–order ... nice variety of choices ... a lot of food. This B&B will be our first choice, next time we visit my family in Rehoboth.

Homestead B&B is fantastic! We had a great stay and enjoyed the comfy room, beautiful gardens, fenced dog yard with a gazebo where we could drink our morning coffee while our dog could safely run around and play. We also loved the outdoor dog shower complete with dog shampoo, conditioner, and towels for post beach clean up

We had a nice time at Homestead B&B . The owners are very friendly and personable. The place was immaculately clean. There are quite a few little touches that made our stay relaxing-and enjoyable. The out door seating areas, place for our dog to run. the screened in porch seating area , heated pool , breakfast every morning. Bacchic ball. The whole place is welcoming .I would stay here again !!!!!

Queer Lovers Loved the Homestead

this was such an incredible choice! this was a couples beach trip and my partner and i (queer and trans POC) flet incredibly safe, welcome and joyous staying at the homestead. the rooms were quiant but everything needded for a little vacation. We breakfast-ed on the porch each morning and recieved white table cloth service. food was delicous, timely, and Joe and David (names?) were excelent and kind. they had extra beach towles and chairs for use and the pool was stocked beautifully with large towels. We ended up staying in at the guest house to watch a movie in their cozy cabin area and it was such a treat to have a nice spot to relax outside of the room. cannot wait to come back!
