We absolutely loved our stay here! The location is fantastic and it's easy to get everywhere. We took the bus (right across the street) to get to the boardwalk and beach and it was so easy. The house is decorated beautifully and has lots of games and books etc. We really appreciated that there is a roku on each TV as well as cable. We didn't do much cooking but there were plenty of spices and pots and pans etc. We hope to stay here again next year!

The house suited our family perfectly. Very comfortable and quiet area at night for a good nights rest. Great location to catch the shuttle. Close to the pool. Many good restaurants nearby. Would recommend to other family and friends.

Family Beach Week

The house was clean and inviting, in a fantastic location. We used the pool every day and played tennis, too. We appreciated the extras like beach chairs and pool noodles in the garage and a mountain of board games in the closet of the kids’ room.

Great location-very well kept grounds.

Property had everything we needed and extras in the garage for the kids. Very nice pool. Close to all the beaches. Walking distance to Wawa & Thompson Island Brewery Co. The 10 of us had a great time!

Family vacation

We have never been to Delaware and picked a place we thought might be close to downtown Rehoboth. This condo did not disappoint! We were next door to Jungle Jim’s waterpark, and across the street from DART! So easy to hop on and off the bus to the beach! We will definitely make this a family vacation spot!

Awesome Experience!

This was the first time we ever rented a vacation home and what a great experience. Communication was great. Questions were answered quickly. The house is amazing. Eight of us stayed for a week (5 adults, 2 seven year olds and one five year old). Plenty of space for all. The loft was great as a play area for the kids. All was clean, neat and plentiful. I think the house has more kitchen utensils and dishes than I have in my own home! Also, it's a one block walk to the park and ride. We did not use our cars once. House to boardwalk via air conditioned bus was 15 minutes! The community pool is a one block walk in the other direction! We even took advantage of the parking permit when we visited the Farm Market on Tuesday. Centrally located home for all the incidentals you may have forgotten, or didn't know you needed! Thanks for a great experience!

Wonderful Vacation!

This place was everything we could have asked for. The first floor master and bath was great for me and my handicapped husband. The up stairs bedrooms were larger than I expected and the loft was great for the kids to watch tv and video games. So convenient to the shutter that took us into town. Perfect place!

Great Rental Property

We loved the location and amenities of this rental property. We especially appreciated the extra beach chairs and beach items in the garage, and the use of the garage to store our stuff. The kitchen was also well stocked and the 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms worked out very well for our family. We will definitely stay there again.

We had a great trip!

This is a very nice property with great amenities. The pool area is wonderful and the Dart across the street is so convenient! The rental included a parking pass as well, but we never used it because the DART was so easy! Driving to Dewey and the state beaches was easy and convenient too! The property itself is very spacious and clean. Having two master bedrooms with their own bathrooms was great! The kids used the other bathroom and the 1/2 bath. The living room/litchen/dining area is spacious and open. The washer and dryer was wonderful to have. I would highly recommend this property. And the owners and property manager are great as well!

Nice propert, convenient location

The property is in very good condition. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking, baking, mixing drinks, etc. There were beach chairs available in the garage which would have been beneficial to know as they take up a lot of room to bring along. The property manager was not able to confirm ahead of time that beach equipment was supplied. We had a great time and enjoyed the accommodations.

Perfect for our family

We really enjoyed staying in this house during our Rehoboth vaca! There’s a lovely little wagon in the garage that’s perfect for toting young children to and from the pool or Jungle Jim’s. Christy got back to me quickly when I had a question. We used the pool almost every day and really enjoyed that amenity. 1 recommendation - maybe put 2 folding chairs in the garage for larger families who want to sit around the table? We highly recommend this property, especially for multiple families. Plenty of room to spread out. Plus if the weather is bad, the kids can play in the very clean garage :-) Thank you!

Very nice stay

We enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying again. House was spacious and big bedrooms. The only thing I would change about the inside of the house would be the mattresses. They weren’t terrible but very stiff. Enjoyed the quiet neighborhood, the kids biked around And enjoyed the pool.

Great family get away

This home was perfect for our family! Great location to the pool, jungle Jim’s, restaurants, shopping and the beach. Christy was awesome. She answered all our questions promptly and has the house stocked with everything we needed. The home was beautiful and we definitely hope to return again next year!

Great for our large family!

We had a wonderful time in this well-appointed house. Our family of nine had plenty of room, plenty of dishes and cookware, plenty of hooks to dry our towels and swimwear :-), and the location *cannot* be beat. The DART bus is just across the street and a very convenient way to get to and from the busy beach/downtown area - with zero parking hassle. The outlets (and other shops, restaurants) are very close as well. There was an A/C snafu just before our arrival, but the owners went above and beyond to ensure the house was comfortable for our entire stay - despite an intense heat wave. The property manager was very easy to work with too. Bottom line: We are definitely hoping this property is available the next time we head to Rehoboth!
