The unit smelled musty, the bathrooms had mildew, there were fruit flies and ants and overall it was not comfortable or meet my expectations. I would not stay here again.

A Lovely Rehoboth Condo

This condo worked well for us. We wanted to be within walking distance of my son and his family. Turtle Bridge made that easy as they were staying a ten-minute walk away close to the beach. We unfortunately hit bad weather, so we did not use the beach equipment. The local grammar school playground adjacent to the property was a bonus. Although we only took a quick dip in the pool because of the chilly weather, it looked clean and would be a nice break from the beach on a hot day. We would use this property again especially because of the cleanliness, but I would give caution to anyone with extreme mobility issues as the staircases are steep and narrow.

Peaceful getaway a short walk to the beach

We have stayed now multiple times at Heron Place. The condo is perfectly situated by a quiet lake but within walking distance (15min) from the boardwalk and beaches. No need to use your car for any activity! The condo itself is in a beautiful community with all the aminities you need (pool, pickleball courts, and a playground across the lake). Highly recommend staying here!

Easter Break

We were looking to relax and enjoy the Rehoboth area, and since it was April, we wanted to stay closer to the lake. This condo was exactly what we were looking for. It was clean, conveniently located near Rehoboth Beach, yet far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet. I highly recommend this place!

Lovely condo and location!

Stayed at this property for a long weekend with friends. The location is as advertised and has the pretty pond/lake view and easy walk into Rehoboth through the park next to condo, accessible through a gate (look closely it isn’t evident at first) at back of development. We walked the route several times a day ! Condo is super clean, bedrooms all nice size and comfortable and the deck is nice and big enough to hang out and relax. We loved it and would definitely book again.

One of the easiest check-ins ever

House/owner/location *chefs kiss*We just needed a clean safe place- but we could never have imagined being a stones throw from 2 playgrounds, a public park and a walk to the boardwalk and main street that even our 8yr old easily managed.The house was clean and safe, and the owner was so professional and communicative that we had no questions on the day of arrival.I know this place is going to be scooped up throughout the season- but we would definitely stay here again

Perfect Beach Getaway

Property was clean and exactly as described. Communication with the owners was super easy. The beds were all comfortable. Two of the three bedrooms tight, but the comfort of the beds and the bedside lights for reading, on both sides of the bed (!), were just lovely. Also, we loved the original RB art in the bedrooms. Already plotting our return trip!

Silver Lake is a great location; quiet, private yet very close to beach & Coastal highway. Johnathan was extremely gracious & responsive. His rental was spacious, clean, cozy & welcoming. We will be back!

Rehoboth get away

The place was really nice, easy parking, close enough to downtown Rehoboth without being right in town paying higher prices. Unit was roomy clean and had everything you needed. Host were very friendly and accommodating. View was great! The only item I would caution on for renters who are elderly or may have physical restrictions as it states there are several steps up to the unit otherwise I would stay again.

We had a great time here. Loved turtle bridge and being close to playgrounds for kids. Easy to walk into town if you don’t mind a little walk. The apartment had everything we needed and was well equipped. We did wish the listing had mention that there are two flights of stairs - not just from the first to the second floor, but also to get into the apartment was a very steep set of stairs that wasn’t the easiest for my 3 year old daughter or 70 year old mother. Was also not the cleanest and was noisy at times.
