We thought we would have a great time. However, our first night the place was struck by lightning and the fire alarm went off for hours. The ac also wasn't working very well and the filter hadn't been changed in some time! The second day we noticed the AC wasn't working at 7 am so we called the office and were told someone would be out, a vendor. After calling several more times, 6-7 calls, and by this time it was 2 pm there was still nobody around. The place by this point was 86 degrees and nobody could stand to stay inside, but we couldn't leave our dog. We tried moving apartments, seeing if someone could come out to fix the ac, or any type of solution, but still NO HELP. We decided to leave and drive 4 hours home. After everything and 35 days had passed we still didn't receive a full refund or phone call from the company. They continue to stand by their claim of being correct in charging us for the first night where the fire alarm went off for hours, the ac didn't work properly, and the place was struck by lightning causing the fire company to come to the complex. Needless to say this company is not a place where you want to stay on vacation with your family and rely on their fast customer service.

Nice stay

We had a nice stay at this condo near Bethany beach. The hvac stopped working the day we arrived so it was very hot the first night but it was fixed the second day and we were provided a discount. Liked being able to take our dog and enjoy the pool and wildlife in the neighborhood.

Beautiful and clean

Loved this property. Neighbors were so friendly and the property grounds were well kept and so beautiful. The condo itself was neat and clean. The only complaint is the ac didn’t work or was turned off. Will definitely be booking in the future.

Great Family vacation spot

Cute, clean, family condo in a wonderful location. Close to everything, easy quick drive to the beach, and the amenities are awesome. Enjoyed our stay from beginning to end.

Such helpful management

The property managers were so incredibly responsive and helpful. Before checkin they called to ensure I had everything we needed. The unit became available early because it was cleaned and they text me allowing me to check in early without my asking. The home was absolutely immaculate and when we went to check out my tire had a flat. They did not rush us to get off property but allowed me the time to get the tire fixed and check out. I so appreciate this property management and will be back.

Very disappointed

The rom had fleas and black dust behind the doors to the water heater. Additionally I had to leave 13 days earlier than the reservation and no refund at all. I would have been ok with a 25% refund. Will never stay here again nor will I recommend anyone to stay here or use VACASA.

Cleaniness

The place was dirty when we got there...dirty bed linens in the closet....a pan if brownies in the oven that my wife had to chisel out of the pan!! Problems with our access code....they sent maintenance over and the guy tried to just walk in on us no phone call knock or text.... our dogs almost got s hold of him... I doubt very much we will use you again...

Nice but could use a few extras

Nice place, spacious, quiet and in good location. Place needs front and back doors updated and to offer trash bags, paper towels and toilet paper upon arrival....we were given none or minimal amount.

Peaceful bay stay

We stayed for 2 nights at his Bay Community. Everything was clean and easy. The back screened porch overlooked the marshes which was wonderful to sit and watch. The front looked out over the bay. The community has many amenities including a nature trail. It was easy to go all over Bethany Beach from here.

A quick escape

This is a wonderful 3rd floor, corner unit in a safe, well lit neighborhood. Our family thouroughly enjoyed our stay in this dog friendly unit. We had a small issue with wasps, which the management company sent some spray over within 2hrs to take care of.

Lovely Family Friendly Resort

Beautiful serene vacation spot. The condo was very spacious and clean. Had all the conveniences of home. We did have to purchase heavier blankets though. Parking was great. My granddaughters were terrified all the spiders that invaded the entrance at night. Wish something could be done about that. The only problem I myself found which was quite annoying was that the shower curtains kept falling off the hooks. This became time consuming because it needed to be fixed every time someone took a shower , both before and after. Replacing the hooks would be an easy fix. We absolutely loved the pool and jacuzzi. The greatest attribute for me was that I was able to bring my two precious yorkies with me.

Enjoyed our stay

We had trouble at first finding the remote for the TV but it was hiding in the couch. We almost ran out of toilet paper and would have liked a tissue box, kitchen towels, and more liquid hand soap. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

My apartment had not been cleaned when we arrived. They did send someone to do a fast clean, and that person did the best they could in a short amount of time, but it was still incomplete. They told me that they would refund the cleaning fee, but I haven't seen that yet.

The property was very clean and very close to the beach,restaurants,shops etc

It was very easy to rent online and see the property. The pictures were very accurate. We were very glad that it was supplied with cups, dishes, utensils, coffee maker microwave stove etc.

Nice little place but terrifying outdoors!

The place is nice inside and the neighborhood is adorable and safe feeling. The pool is great and they let us swim even when we checked out. We ran around the golf course in the morning and it was so clean. BUT, the place was on the second floor which I didn’t realize, so that was my fault. But the walk way to the apartment has 3 or 4 stairways that wrap around and it is COVERED in huge spiders and are clearly visually during the day and really come crawling out at night! I can take spiders, but they are EVERYWHERE, you literally have to duck and run through the center of this walkway which was really difficult with a toddler. We ended up buying spider spray ourselves to clean the place up the best the we could, but then the fumes lingered for a day or so in the stairway. The place is great, but that alone would be enough to make me never choose an apartment on the second floor of this community.

Very clean condo

Clean condo, great location for the wedding we were attending and pet accommodating, we needed some extra lightbulbs in the bathrooms, front screen door and back sliding door could use some TLC. Check in time was late, we had to miss part of the rehearsal dinner to check in. Nice neighbors.
