Delightful vacation property very close to everything

Clean and comfortable property very close to the beach and everything that Ocean City has to offer, and yet offers the peace and beauty of being right on the Bay with its wildlife. We actually were able to catch a lot of crabs of the dock, including a huge 7 incher, and let them all go. We brought our inflatable tandem paddle board and did a loop through the marsh out ro the Bay amd back. The property is also 15 minutes from Bethany Beach. We would stay again.

Perfect view

We truly enjoyed our stay. The view of the bay from the property is breathtaking. The house was spotless clean. We did not mind a short 6 mins drive to the beach. We had a great dinner at Catch 54 restaurant next to the house. We truly recommend this property and will stay again.

Nice last minute get away

On the Bay Condo

Nice 3 story condo with view of the bay. Each story has a view. Enjoyed watching the waterfowl and the boaters over breakfast on the deck. Outdoor pool is very close. Owner offers use of two person kayak. Condo was advertised as a 3 bathroom. We found the first floor didn't have a bathroom therefore; you had to use the second floor bathroom. There was a locked door on the first floor that I assume was the downstairs bathroom. Getting out of the parking lot to the main road can be a little tricky. You can get caught up in congestion from a parking lot that serves a restaurant and other businesses. Also, getting to Fenwick and OC requires a left turn onto Lighthouse Rd. This can be challenging with heavy summer traffic. I had emailed the owner through VRBO with questions two days before our check in. I did not get a response. On the day of check in, I called the owner. He did not answer. We were about 30 minutes from arriving at the condo and I still needed the access code. I called VRBO and they were able to get in touch with the owner. He then called me. It all worked out and I understand that things happen sometimes. I would recommend this condo. There is plenty of space and sleeping options. We had five adults in our group. The kitchen is well stocked. We found the area to be quiet even with the restaurants and businesses. There is a seafood restaurant and a Mexican restaurant within a short walk. We enjoyed our stay at this condo!

Great location!

This was our second time visiting the Fenwick area. This property has a great location and gorgeous views. We enjoyed the balconies in the evenings and early morning. Short drive or bike ride over to the beach. The condo complex has a great patio and pool that guests can enjoy; however, it’s managed by a resident who likes to lock the gate early, even before the posted pool hours, so you don’t get to enjoy this space in the evening. This didn’t make or break the stay but just something to note. Owners very responsive for questions. Overall, would recommend this property!

Fenwick Island

This property has everything for a great vacation. Very short ride to the beach and very reasonable per day parking rate. On site pool to come back to after a day at the beach. Bay at back of property to fish or kayak. Numerous restaurants and arcade for the kids. Only negative is having to bring linens and towels for the stay. Added packing was a bigger inconvenience than at first thought.

Beautiful bay views

This property had everything we needed for our stay. The unit was clean and comfortable. The outdoor decks were nice and we really enjoyed the bay views, especially from the upper deck. The community pool was also great with plenty of seating and it was never crowded. We also enjoyed using kayak. The beach is not within walking distance, so we drove a few miles to the state park each day. There are numerous restaurants nearby. Overall the property was very nice and we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful views & great location to both Fenwick and Ocean City!

This is a beautiful, yet comfortable home with gorgeous views! We enjoyed sitting on the balconies in the morning and for dinner. Our group spent one day at the OC boardwalk and one day at Fenwick Island State Park. This home was in a great location to access both. The kitchen and home was well stocked and we cooked two dinners and a breakfast there. While we didn’t spent much time there during the day, our mornings and late evenings were quiet and peaceful. Our teenage daughters loved the pool and used it two evenings having it all to themselves. Our hosts were very responsive and answered our questions both related to the rental and getting around the area. Thanks so much for a wonderful place for us to stay for our getaway!

Fantastic Property and Location

If you love Ocean City but don’t like to be in the crowds this property is for you!! Right on the bay, next door to restaurants, boat rentals and parasailing, and minutes away from the beach. It was large enough to fit our family of 5, we loved the crab pot, kayak, the pool and sitting out on the bay. It’s really a wonderful place. Our only complaint was that we received the incorrect address to check in and no code. Upon calling the host multiple times he finally picked up and got us inside. It was na little stressful after a 8 hour drive. There were also very little instructions inside the house. We just had been to 3 other Vrbo rentals prior to this one on our trip and each one had a binder with instructions, information and FAQs. I would suggest the host put something like this together. Other than that we had a fabulous stay and highly recommend.

Great Tournament Getaway

Wish we had more time to spend out on the dock fishing and enjoying the bay, but the lacrosse fields called to us for the whole weekend. Don’t get me wrong we had a great time winning games and making memories! The place was great for 2 families to relax and enjoy the beach. With the bay in the backyard, restaurants nearby, and Fenwick Island State Park just around the bend we had an length to do when we weren’t at the tournament.

Beautiful view and lovely stay /understanding owner

We had a wonderful time! The condo is so close to the beach and next door to two nice restaurants. The house is very well-equipped and we appreciated little things like hand soaps at all the sinks, shampoo, extra toilet paper for the 3 (three!) bathrooms, and foil/plastic wrap in the kitchen. We also appreciated the parking that included 2 main spots and room for visitors. The restaurants are popular, so it wouldn’t have been easy to have our friends join us for the (lovely) pool otherwise. About those views: spectacular. Three levels of gorgeous vistas over the bay & marshes. We saw tons of birds and just enjoyed the peace. Even though there are the popular restaurants nearby, it was somehow quiet. Our only regret is that we didn’t get it together to rent a boat to get closer to everything we could see. Now, to the understanding owner: I’m a doofus and just didn’t notice I had booked until *Friday*, not Saturday. Such was my hubris that, when the cleaning folks arrived in the parking lot while we were leaving, i said there must be a mistake. So I was on my merry way to the beach when the owner called to gently let me know we really didn’t have that extra day. I was mortified & ran back there. Not including the drive over, we were out in 15 minutes. I did not get to leave the property in as good order/cleanliness as I would have & that’s on me. I really appreciate that the owners were reasonable with my mistake.

Beautiful views and perfect location

My family stayed at this property for 5 days in July and had a great time. My son caught lots of fish from the dock and we loved that we could walk across the street to eat at Papa Grande’s or next door at Catch 54. The community pool was nice and clean and never overcrowded. Would stay there again.

Relax on the Bay

Lovely views of the bay make for a quieter and more relaxing time at the beach. It’s a very short ride to the ocean (1 mile) and restaurants and shopping are nearby. We were so pleased that Peter let us check in early and stay late since we were there for just a weekend with no one ahead or after us. Nice time!

Great place for a weekend getaway to the beach

My friends and I stayed here for a weekend trip to the beach. The property was everything we expected- super clean especially with everything going on with COVID, beautiful views off the porches, and the pool was even open! Peter was very responsive throughout the entire process. Would stay here again!

Great house and location

Our family had a great summer vacation, and the owner Peter was extremely accommodating. We enjoyed his home, kayak, dock, and marina right next door! This property met all of our needs and was very comfortable for us. There was a mix up with the cleaning company, but Peter was very responsive and helpful during the situation and our entire stay. I would definitely recommend this house to families looking to stay on the water!
