Lovely house snd made for great holiday, very clean lots of room.Pool and communal areas were well look after too. Coming from the UK we really enjoyed Rehoboth, family friendly and great waves for the kids!

The unit was clean and the owner is always responsive. Did have an issue with 2 toilets, one worse than the other and some TV issues. Feel like the owner generally tries to make things right.

Wow you will love this place!

The pictures do not show the high . The extra sun room is fabulous for kids to play games. There are so many inclusions at the jouse. Easy short ride to beach and boardwalk gin. .The back yard is beautiful, there is room to toss a football and the pool is just across the street...also beautiful. We loved thour stay!! quality of this beautiful townhouse

The condo Was clean and in a quiet community which was nice after a busy day at the beach and boardwalk!! My family enjoyed the place very much! Our favorite room was the sunroom! Highly recommend!

Girls Weekend

We loved all of the amenities this house had to offer- the community pool and piano were our favorites! The beach chairs, beach umbrella, hairdryers, and washer and dryer made it feel like home. We really just needed to bring ourselves and we were set!

Nice place!

The place was exactly as advertised. Very nice for a family- lots of beach chairs, boogie board and beach toys on property. The only very minor inconvenience we had was not enough towels at check in. They only put one on each bed and there were five us staying, however, additional towels were dropped off in the morning. All was rectified. The property is beautiful with a nice pool and pickle ball courts, and the owners were responsive. Centralized location and close to everything! Would definitely stay here again.

Rocky start but overall great!

We were a group of six, 4 adults and 2 children aged 4 and 7. We have stayed in the area before but first time at this property. While we were en route, we learned that the washer was broken. While not ideal (we’d planned to do a load or 2 while there) we could make do. Upon arrival, there were no towels in any of the bathrooms (we did ultimately find some that were questionably clean), no toilet paper or paper towels, and the sheets on the bed had hair on them. The owners were very apologetic, and did everything they could to rectify the situation. I truly believe we were just the unlucky group to rent after a not great renter before us - towels had been ruined and with a broken washer, it was an unfortunate situation. I believe too that the washer wasn’t working properly, which was the deal with the sheets. To reiterate, the owners were incredibly apologetic and responsive to our issues. We were refunded our first night’s fee. We went to the laundromat and washed the sheets and the towels we could find, and new towels and paper products arrived the next day. It was an unfortunate situation for all involved, but resolved in a fair manner. After the rocky start, the rest of our stay was great! The beds were quite the literally the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on away from home. The property was clean and had a great beachy vibe. The pool was warm and a super quick walk. While we’d brought our own stuff, there were beach chairs and boogie boards to use.

Great priority to spend a week with the family. So many helpful items in the house for use during the week that make traveling with young children a breeze. Great relaxation room in the back at the end of the day!

Perfect little spot near the beach!

Everything was perfect! Location was awesome and close to everything! The home was beautiful, clean, and very accommodating also. The hosts were great at responding quickly to my questions. My family has the best time! I would definitely recommend to others and book again in the future!

Wonderful Family Vacation 2023

Home was beautiful, everything was there when you arrived. Pool was wonderful. Area of home was great, as location and safety. We had 4 generations of family at this stay... something there for everyone. We did not want to leave. Great space with plenty of amenities

We had a lovely time at this condo. Check in was easy, dedicated parking in front of the home was helpful, and it was bright and spacious for our family of four. There were several amenities for small children which was helpful since we had a two and eight month old. We swam in the pool which was right across from the home and it was great. There are so many restaurants in the area, the location couldn’t be better. It was a fun place to spend a long weekend!

Great Place!

This is a really nice place that is made better by having not just a pool but a piano and tennis courts right there! It is homey, well stocked, comfortable and well furnished. The owners were very nice and accommodating! Thank you.

A pleasant, quiet, and relaxing stay.

My two girlfriends and I felt right at home in this well appointed, comfortable and immaculate property. We loved all the beachy themes and colors and the ample space we had to stretch out. Easy check in and parking right in front of the house made it an effortless stay. Tyler was accessible, courteous and the perfect host. Would definitely stay here again!

If you are looking for an exceptional rental and host look no further! The home is beautiful and the host are the most kindest people we have had the pleasure to rent from. Our family truly enjoyed our stay. Everything you could possible need were provided by the host, from general house hold items, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys and more. A 70th Birthday Celebration!!!

We loved our 3 day stay, celebrating my 70th birthday at this peaceful condo in a well maintained Eagkes Landing residential compound The owners Carly and Tyler have taken great care in keeping their place in top shape. It exceeded my expectations in respect of location next to the pool and tennis courts, facilities for BBQ grill, beach chairs, umbrellas surf boards, beach towels,, board games etc .. Big Fish restaurant is round the corner, a great place for an enjoyable dinner. All in all the place offers an excellrnt value for money, a good choice for family vacationing in Rehoboth Beach.
