Short breaks in September and October live now!

  • El alquiler es su propio rowhome en una comunidad con una piscina - nadie por encima o por debajo de usted! 2 plazas de aparcamiento privado y fácil entrada de casa por código en la cerradura de la puerta frontal, por lo que no pierde llaves.

    Estamos a una milla de la playa - situado justo en el desvío de la ruta 1 a Rehoboth 1A. Estamos justo detrás de Arena y Big Fish - en Rehoboth Beach Gardens.

    Este es nuestro primer año de alquiler y acabamos de terminar de arreglar el lugar - baños actualizados, nuevas camas, nuevos sofás y comedor, recién pintado de arriba a abajo, recién manchado ducha al aire libre y porche, lavadora y secadora, y un nueva parrilla de gas. Utilizamos un sistema codificado de la puerta delantera así que usted no tiene que preocuparse de trabarse hacia fuera o de quién tiene la llave!

    La propiedad tiene una piscina y es un respiro tranquilo de la locura del centro de Rehoboth Beach o la playa. La comunidad dispone de plazas de estacionamiento para visitantes temporales.

    * Tienda en los puntos de venta - sólo puede caminar o tomar el autobús DART por sólo $ 2!
    * Cabeza en Rehoboth o ir a la playa - Tome el autobús DART o simplemente disfrutar de la caminata a la playa.

    Esta es nuestra segunda casa en temporada baja y estamos felices de compartirlo con usted en temporada.

We enjoyed this condo very much. It was a 2 story so it was quiet and cozy and it was nice having no one staying above us. Close access to Rehoboth Beach and boardwalk and situated in a very nice neighborhood. Also the pool was very nice and well maintained. Very easy to communicate with the host. We would definitely stay here again.

This place was disgusting. Carpets were filthy and we all kept getting bites when we slept on our ankles. Prob fleas from pets and the carpets not getting cleaned

The kitchen was quite adequate, but the microwave was quite old. We loved the location and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would stay in this unit in the future!

Family Reunion Fun

We stayed here for a family reunion and enjoyed it thoroughly! Very clean and provides linens and towels so everything ready for the arrival. Especially enjoyed the community pool, which we had to ourselves most of the time. Convenient location and right by Big Fish Grill which was voted Best seafood. Also had enough kitchen equipment and a gas grill for at home meals too.Very enjoyable!

Week at Rehobeth

This property was perfect for our family of 6. Close to beaches and a short drive from the boardwalk. Having beach chairs and beach towels was super appreciated. The pool was clean and great for our kids. Our host was very responsive and helpful.

Great property, hosts

We had a wonderful vacation. The property was in excellent condition and Paul was a gracious, responsive host. We also really enjoyed the comfort of the back porch, easy access to amenities like the outlets, and fun activities like jet skiing and evening dolphin watching.

Me and my four adult sons stayed at the condo and found it to be excellent. The back porch, the landscaping the amenities the size, the condition, the cleanliness, and everything else was as good as we expected. Thank you for adding to our golf trip experience.

Great Stay

This was a perfect house for my family of 5. Minutes from beaches and boardwalk. House was clean and comfortable. Pool was nice as well. We had a great time.

Great location

The property is close to restaurants and has a good sized pool which was very clean. The house is a good size and the kitchen has most of what you need to cook for a family (depending on your needs). The owner is very friendly and so are the neighbors.

Rehoboth Beach Gardens

Paul’s townhouse was just as advertised.The place has all the amenities you need/want.Location was terrific, short ride to beaches,restaurants and shopping.I was very impressed with the ease of navigating the televisions,other places are difficult to say the least.The pool was great for the little one.

Great location. Great little community. Pool is close by and perfect for a swim after a beach day. Home is clean. Perfect for families. Paul is prompt with any questions or concerns and quick to get resolved. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Wonderful accomodations

We selected Paul’s rental home for our family vacation this year and were happy we did. The home had everything we needed, location was great for getting around, community had a nice quiet pool. Paul was wonderful to work with, accommodating and responsive. We hope to come back.

Nice place!

This place was really nice. Loved that there was beach chairs provided. We were able to hit the beach and boardwalk in just a short 5 minute drive. We were there right after labor day so the pool and tennis courts were closed. Wish we new that beforehand, but overall we had a great time.

Great Location

Overall, great place to stay for a quick trip to the beach. We happened to visit during one of the hottest summer weeks and the air conditioning definitely had a hard time keeping up. There were some issues with parking passes and beach towels, due to previous tenant negligence, but Paul was great at communicating and was accommodating.

Clean, modern location at a great location

Me and the family love this place, it was very clean and the host is very responsive about any issues. The only thing I wished is that the shower temperatures get cooler if both are being used so is not as warm as I would like, which is not as big of an issue in the summer. Very nice neighborhood and close to everything! Modern styled and nice open space to enjoy!
