Overall excellent, with one unhappy situation

Overall, an excellent property, well equipped kitchen in terms of appliances, adequate dishes/pots. The yard is well fenced, even for our small energetic dog, who can be an escape artist. The only glitch, which may not be an issue for most people, is that I needed to rent a mobility scooter and the check in time at the house and the time the scooter store closed were the same. I asked whether we could check in a little early, or at least leave our luggage at the house, as the scooter would not fit in the car with the luggage. I explained that I have a disability and getting the scooter was crucial. Vacasa would not budge on the check in at all, saying this was their policy and they could not change it. We actually went to the house prior to the check in time, just to check where it was, and it was clear that they were finished getting it ready. Of course, we complied with the directions and did not attempt to enter or leave our luggage. I was disappointed that Vacasa made no effort to accomodate my disability--most other houses we have rented have been accomodating of special requests, if they have been able to. It would make me think twice about renting from a Vacasa managed house.

Great location

We were in for marathon and location was great. Easy walk to boardwalk and accommodations were very good. Spacious kitchen to entertain which we did. Agent was super helpful during stay and forgot a bag which they promptly shipped to me the next day. All in all. Super happy

Great Christmas Stay

My family and I stayed at this property Christmas week. The location is awesome. Quick walk with the dogs to the beach and anything you need is a ten minute drive, if that. Due to the holiday it was really quiet and calm. The house is spacious and the yard was great. While we couldn't get the bedroom tv to work we weren't really bothered by it. The coffee maker definitely needs directions but for the most part the kitchen had what we needed. I would definitely book this property again!! We also appreciated the master bedroom being on the opposite side of the house from the other rooms. The dogs loved all the space.The fenced

Cute home, great location, fenced yard, great management

Cute home, great location. We walked everywhere, to dinner, coffee, the beach, site seeing, etc. The small fence back yard was convenient for my dog who traveled with us. Being new to VRBO, I had a couple questions upon arrival, the management team was very responsive, friendly and helpful.

Perfect!

We loved this property! It was all one level which was great for my parents. It was also very spacious and the outside area was perfect to let the doggy have some playtime. Beds are super comfortable and it was so close to everything we needed by walking. Would stay here again!

Check Family review

It was a nice quiet location ..close enough to walk to town & boardwalk..... there were enough towels & linens for the week....nice backyard area & porch to sit outside.... the window treatments needed attention and some repair...the electrical parts of the one lamp in the main bedroom was broken but still plugged in ...(dangerous) but all in all we enjoyed our stay and would probably book again...

Great location

Old school furniture in every room. TV in living room and main bedroom only. No grill even though pics and description says there is. 2 bikes available but flat tires and no pump and very rusty. Patio umbrella was a beach umbrella not a real patio umbrella. Excellent location. Close to beach and main drag with all the great restaurants. All rooms were large and clean with some wear and tear but I would stay here again.

Spacious house, cute fenced backyard

The house is very spacious and has an adorable, fully fenced backyard. Lots of extras are included (beach umbrellas, bikes, blankets, etc) and we loved that sheets and towels were included. The house needs a few small repairs here and there, and some parts of it look a little bit dated, which we noted separately to the management company, but there is nothing that would prevent a family from having a nice stay. It's close enough to the beach to be a long walk or short bike ride when the weather is nice, and only about a 5 min car ride when the weather isn't good.

Great place

This was perfect for our fall trip to the beach. Great location although not walkable to the beach. Very clean. Very spacious. Very nice neighborhood. Will definitely be back.

Great neighborhood. Nice back yard. Lots of broken items. Found a man’s DOP kit under the sink. Not cleaned well. The shower door was falling off the hindges.

This was first time we visited Rehoboth Beach. Loved the town! Weather was great for April!

There were 4 adults and 2 dogs staying at the house. Plenty of room to spread out. The fenced in yard was great for the dogs. Beach was a 10 minute walk. If you have a lot to carry-may want to drive to beach. Loved the house & location!

Broken and /or dirty

Dog feces left all over the backyard because I was told they do not clean the outside prior to anyone coming in! Almost all of the window treatments and/or blinds were broken! No toilet paper but one roll , bought own. Trash is trashcan also in toilet paper holder. Slats on porch are all broken so watch your kids/pets don't loose a leg The appliances were all marvelous

Excellent Experience

Our expectations were exceeded! The home was so welcoming, clean and peaceful. We did bring our two small dogs and the fenced yard provided a safe place for them. WE also brought out two adult children and the space worked out so well for all of us. The location of the home was ideal. We were able to take a short walk to our favorite restaurants and the beach. The town is very dog friendly too. The check in process was easy and the keypad entry made it easy to get in and out of the home without worrying about a key.
