Slight hiccup with the key code being improperly set, but after that everything was awesome!The kitchen contained everything we needed,and was well equipped with dishes,utencils and cups suitable for our young crew. The house was clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable. Plenty of room for our crew of 12.

Love this property so accommodating for our family vacation. Everything you need is there everything and it’s so comfortable and so convenient Its spacious, clean it’s such a great layout. If anybody in your groups needs just space of their own for a little while. Amenities are great provisions are great.

Great for families!

This place had so much room for our family! We loved being able to eat and relax and not feel like we were on top of each other. The listing was very accurate. The parking passes were a huge bonus and a huge money saver. We love having access to a pool for the older kids. The hosts were excellent, super responsive and accommodating. There were a few hiccups early on and they were on top of it ensuring our stay was top notch. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect place for vacation for our family. The ability to just go hang out at the pool, or walk to the park, or quickly access the beach, boardwalk, and restaurants is absolutely perfect. Highly recommend!! Host and place was excellent.

July 2024 vacation

Family of 11 from 3 generations. Enjoyed the turtle bridge, pool and use of the school facilities. A few of us walked to the beach. We had a great week. Couldn’t use grill due to grease residue. Cleaned it before we left.

Great location - great vacation spot

The place was perfect for our family with a young child. Walking distance to two parks, pool onsite, short drive to beach (could walk or ride bike), parking permits were very helpful, plenty of room for everyone. Plan to return!

Perfect

Accommodations great as they were last year. Air conditioning was wonderful on all levels because it was hot outside. Great place for families & multiple families. We are blessed that it accommodates our married children & grandchildren and our adult daughter and our daughter with special needs. Entry level bedroom setup was perfect for my wife & I with our daughter. Pool great and friendly neighbors we stressed to our family we are guests of not only the hosts but all who live there. Looking forward to 2024!!

Well Equipped Property

My friend and I rented this property for a long weekend. Although it is near Route 1, it is very close to downtown Rehoboth and beaches. The property is very large, well furnished and spacious and includes a lot of extras. Parking is easy and plenty of information about the property and area is provided.

Spacious, Comfortable Stay; Good for Small Groups

The house is very spacious and nicely laid out. The furnishings are nice and quite comfortable. We enjoyed finding our way to the beach (we had to ask the neighbors) through the park and across the bridge, but it’s quite a bit further than the 5 blocks advertised. We were disappointed to find the heated pool closed for the season; this should be noted in the ad since the pool is so prominently featured. Some of the floors and surfaces were cleaner than others, and some of the dishes needed rewashing. Despite the noted inconveniences, the four of us enjoyed our stay; thank you.

Wedding weekend

What a great experience. Home was beautiful and had everything we needed. My family and I needed a place to stay close to Dewey Beach for a wedding and this was perfect. Perfectly located and couldn’t have asked for anything more. Thank you to the owner for the hospitality… great experience.

Great place & perfect space!!

House great, owners accessible. Had a great family vacation & returning next year. A/C not functioning properly especially 3rd floor bedrooms. Heavy humidity that sheets were damp. I felt bad for owners as the cleaners are not giving them fair work. Dirty soap in all showers, used tissues under beds, etc. NOT owners fault they should be able to trust those they hire.

The property was nice but I think for safety there should be a distinction between the top floor and the landing before you come down the steps. I loved the hardwood floors but because they are the same color my 81 year old mother misstepped and fell.

Best Experience!

What an amazing owner and an amazing stay we had at her townhouse! She was so wonderful to work with, quick communication and gave really great advice on places to tour in the area! The house is BEAUTIFUL! It's 3 stories, decorated so nicely, really great comfy couch in the living room and I love how she labeled all of the light switches & things in the house so it was easy to find! It was the smoothest check in process & since it was the off season she gave us a late check out which made our last day there even more special since we didn't need to rush out! The garage is fully stocked with sand toys & beach chairs and so much that we were able to use! So many places to sleep too with three separate bunk beds! The kids LOVED having their own bunk bed. It was so spacious and just a great place to relax after a long day being a tourist and being at the beach and shopping. She specifically states in the listing that you need to bring your own sheets - bedding is provided but sheets you need to bring yourself. I have no complaints and would go back in a heartbeat - it's all about who you rent from and the accommodations they make for you and this owner was AMAZING! Highly recommend!

Short Stay

Our stay was only for a few days but the property was nice, nicely decorated, and very spacious. The owner was easy to communicate with and prompt with replies. There are a lot of stairs as it is 3 levels and they are a bit noisy. So, for anyone with bad knees or back this may be an issue. This is the first condo we have ever rented that did not have sheets/towels so we did opt to bring our own vs. renting linens. This provided a bit of a challenge as it made for extra baggage in our already packed car and having to worry about a lot of sheets/towels for so many different bed sizes and all the bathrooms. We didn't have time to wash everything before leaving so we had to bring it all home and wash it. This would be the main negative for us, so we am not sure that we would rent a place that does not provide linens in the future, and the only options are to bring your own or pay extra money to rent them. It does seem that a number of places in the area are following this process though. Overall, no other complaints and this property was nice and convenient in location to everything as it is right off of route 1.
