Great vacation for our family! We’ve stayed at Rehoboth before and this was our favorite place. The location is absolutely perfect and the place itself seems like it’s been renovated recently. I would definitely recommend this place and would re-book.

Fall weekend getaway in Rehoboth

We had a wonderful stay at Balena Blue. The place is in a great location, is super clean, well stocked and the owners are super attentive, reachable and gave us plenty of great recommendations for all types of things to do during our stay. We felt very at home here during our brief stay and would try to stay here again if we decided to return to Rehoboth.

We had a wonderful time. We loved the convenience of the property location - a short walk to downtown shops, the beach, restaurants, and Funland. The unit itself was thoroughly and thoughfully supplied. We'll be looking to return there on our next trip to Rehoboth Beach.

Clean and Comfortable

Wonderful stay at this clean and recently updated property! Location is great as it is walkable to the beach, restaurants and all the fun activities of Rehoboth Beach. The condo had all the amenities we needed, including an outdoor shower, and washer and dryer. The new kitchen and bathrooms were beautiful! The owners were responsive and helpful with all the information we needed to help make it a great vacation week. We would not hesitate to recommend this property!

The Blue Whale doesn’t disappoint!

First, there is the location. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach. A 4 minute walk to Funland (if you have kids). And anywhere from a 3-8 minute walk to 9 out of the 10 best restaurants in Rehoboth Beach. Next, there is the property itself. Modern, funky, exceptionally clean and updated. It kind of reminded me of staying in South Beach. Finally, the owners. Incredibly nice, incredibly responsive. They really want you to enjoy your stay and take pride in the property they have developed. Our family had a fantastic week. I would highly recommend.

A top notch home in the middle of it all

Having spent most of my childhood visiting Rehoboth/OC each summer, and now 3 summers with a family of my own, I don’t know that I’ve ever stayed in a beach rental as nice as Balena Blu. The space was perfect for us, our two kids, and my parents with plenty of room to be together (or get our own quiet time). The decor was lovely. And the giant, new, clean kitchen made meals at home super easy. Location can’t be beat. Communication with Tom and Steven was seamless. Would absolutely stay again.

Fabulous location

This condo is cheerful, comfortable, nicely decorative, spotless with all the necessary amenities. The location could not be better. One block from great shops and restaurants plus one block from the boardwalk and beach. But the condo is located on a quiet residential street.

Close to everything!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay at Balena Blu. The condo is a short walk to the ocean, the boardwalk, Rehobeth Avenue and some great restaurants, but in a nice quiet spot. This had to be the cleanest and most organized rental I have ever stayed in. Tom and Steven were very pleasant to deal with and the check-in was seamless. Thank you for sharing your beautifully appointed home with us - we hope to be back next year!

Beautiful and Super Convenient

We just enjoyed a week in this beautifully updated townhouse. The townhouse was very clean, beautifully decorated and convenient to the beach, stores, restaurants and most importantly (to my kids) Funland! Thank you for a wonderful week - we will be back!

Perfect Location

One block from the beach, Funland, and downtown Rehoboth Beach makes this a perfect location. There is no need to use your car once you are there. Everything was new, clean, and nicely decorated. Owners are great to work with - they aim to please. Just one thing to consider when booking. The staircase to the 2nd floor where the master suite, living room, dining area, and kitchen are located may not be suitable for the elderly or very young children.

Awesome location and lovely townhouse!

My family really enjoyed our stay here. It's well cared for and perfect location for beach access, shops, Funland, restaurants and cute breakfast spots. Parking spot fits two cars which is incredible for such a central location. The property manager is wonderful, very responsive and helpful! Cannot say enough good things. Our kids were so bummed when we had to leave. We will definitely be returning.

Great Location!

My family really enjoyed our stay here. The location is perfect, everything you need is within walking distance, including the beach and the boardwalk. This was great for us with small children that need to periodically return to the house for naps, snacks, etc. We also liked the separation of space for our family with two bedrooms on the lower floor and the nicely sized common area on the upper floor. The outdoor shower is also a great feature. The owners were very responsive and easy to communicate with.
