"The staff were super sweet and compassionate. You can tell they really care about every detail that will make their guest feel comfortable and at peace. The only downside for me was that the rooms didn’t have a microwave, toaster, or iron, which are things I usually need when I book a place. I'm pretty sure it's mentioned on their booking page, but I was in a rush and didn’t notice, so I was a bit disappointed I couldn’t heat up my food.
I also had an issue with locking my door when I had to...
