"Only the main house is usable, the shed (a separate room with a double and bunk beds) smells like a subtropical forest has grown inside. The main house it's okay for the price, nothing fancy, good for three people, washroom kitchen and two rooms. The TV needs and upgrade, they have a 25 years old 20 inches LG Tv (probably the first smart tv ever) apps wont work anymore, even youtube is almost unusable ( the 5mbps wifi conection wont help as well). "We enjoyed our stay despite some cold and rainy weather, it was nice to relax on the screened in porch with my dogs. Property was clean and supplied with propane and firewood. It was too bad the dock was broken from a tree falling earlier in the week since I was most looking forward to it, it would have been nice to receive advanced notice but I understand nature happens.
