"No nos quedamos en esa propiedad, tuvimos que irnos a los 20 minutos de llegar, hacia mucho frío y no había agua caliente ni calefacción, las calles para llegar son muy peligrosa y son montañas que el carro que rente no podía subir y la calles son muy estrecha. Cleaning lady was friendly, came in a little early but still very good.Improvements: More plates and dishware. 5 dinner plates is not sufficent for a 7 bedroom house. "This was the worst experience I ever had booking a vacation. I booked the reservation in early August. Constantly tried to communicate with the host for couple of months and didn't get any response. Two days before my travel date the host contacted me and told me they couldn't honor my reservation. They said they had an alternate rental but it didn't accommodate our group.
