"The rooms were basic but clean and all the amenities work. The hotel is near prime lication (15 min walk) and there are a lot of restaurants nearby."

"Highly recommended. We had a junior suite for 3 adults. Hotel recently renovated and beautifully done. The staircase itself looked like a palace staircase. Small issue with the shower, which can be expected when renovations are done - the staff was very accommodating with extra towels being provided until a fix was done when we were out, and extra room tidy. Nice walk to centre of Vienna and opera, as well as close to restaurants for the evening. We couldn't have hoped for a better stay."

Cons; The air conditioner I believe was on a timer and we weren’t able to get it working for more than a few minutes, hence the room was warm.
