"Great spot and amazing views everything was as it says unfortunately it was a little dirty in the kids bedroom and left over socks and the shelves had dust but that’s small compared to the value you receive in views and how close you are to the beach. "

"We sayed the night after the James Taylor Concert at the Bank of NH Pavillion. It is so much fun to walk out the back door and down the wooded path right into the Pavillion.Condo was clean and comfortable."

"We had a great stay, everything was clean. It was a great base camp for our adventures. The location was central to things and we also enjoyed the waterfront."

"Gloria is a wonderful host and extremely helpful. She provided lots of information about the property and quickly responded to any messages. The unit was very clean and fully stocked with amenities. The location is excellent too, a short drive to the Weirs Beach area and the Bank of NH Pavilion can be accessed through a private path on the property. Definitely will stay again!"

"Clean, cozy 2 bedroom in condo complex with beautiful grounds, especially a large and pool and pool deck. Great spot for a family that is adjacent to Kellerhaus. Host very communicative and kind. We will stay again."

"The condo was close enough to walk to the beach, pier, and shops. It was large enough to accommodate everyone and the kids loved the pool, hung out there quite a bit."

"This location works great for us as we spend the week for the Rally"

"This was a comfortable condo with good amenities. There is a very cramped space identified as a balcony (2 chairs) and no lake view. There are also many (more then 40) steps that you need to manage to get from the parking to the entrance to the condo building, then the condo located on the second floor of the building. This is very challenging for anyone with mobility concerns or carrying luggage, etc. and there was no mention in the write-up. "

"The owner was exceptionally interactive (in a good way) with me between scheduling and assuming the rental. The rules and such were clearly articulated in advance, and provided not less than 24 hours prior to arrival, and a book was provided with instructions and area familiarization pamphlets. The rental sits on the second floor. A cypher lock made entry and exits an easy task, but auto-locks within 10 seconds of opening making it highly secure for single travelers.
