"Excellent location to all major attractions in Florence. Very quite neighborhood with the tram stop right in front so there is easy access to the train terminal. Clean and spacious apartment. Only suggestion is to have english instructions for washer and oven because both were very confusing. The manager of the property was very responsive even though she wasn't quite sure on how to use the washing machine in the apt. either. Overall we would highly recommend this property."

"The property is in a perfect location for exploring the city. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. The host was extremely helpful in identifying parking, restaurants and sights. We would definitely recommend this property. To be noted: there is no elevator and while this apartment was on the first floor, others may face a climb. "

"Nice rustic and quainte atmosphere. We had to check out early because my partner was allergic to the room. You know old "castles" can be damp. My partner is very allergic to mold and mildew and we had to leave after 2 nights. The only other problem was I kept hitting my head on the beam in the loft where the bed was. The place was clean. Great location."
