"If you're looking for an affordable place to stay in the Hampton Beach area that is a very short walk (couple minutes) to the beach, has free parking, is very clean and comfortable and has easy access to all the festivities on Ocean Blvd, you need to seriously consider John's place. Plus, check-in was very easy and John was very responsive with all communications. I'm sure we'll back next year!"

"This place was perfect for us! It is small, as described, but just what we needed. The couch was opened up and perfect for our 4 year old to sleep on. They provided sheets for the futon bed as well. The bed was comfortable. Perfect location! We walked to Congdon's for doughnuts and to their food truck night. Also walked to Mike's Clam shack. Ogunquit and York are a short drive. We loved the pool. Place was very clean. Would definitely stay again. "
