Hoteles de lujo en Región central de Filipinas

"Positive note: I smelt the freshness of the beddings. The staff were friendly and smiling. Negative notes: the toilet seat was ill-fitted , I end up sitting on the toilet bowl as the seat kept sliding backwards. The carpet was stained needs a good shampooing or replacing. I wiped the bed side table and telephone apparatus and they were really dusty and grubby. Food in the restaurant was costly for it's quality."

"Awesome staff! Globally competitive when it comes to hospitality. Highly recommended."

"The staff are friendly and attentive."

"Staying in Casa Real is like staying at home. Friendly staff ready to attend you."

"We've stayed here many times. It's a nice, clean and quiet hotel, has an excellent breakfast buffet and is right next to the mall. Free parking just outside or at the SM garage. The only problem we had this time was a foul septic or sewer gas odor that came from the bathroom and affected the entire room. We reported it the first evening but the guy just sprayed lysol. "I was really looking forward to this stay. The pictures online are beautiful, reality was a bit different. The staff were nice and helpful. The bed and the surfaces were clean, under the cabinets was filthy and there were spiderwebs in the corners of the room. A light was in poor repair and falling off the wall. There are many lights in the room but only one light in the bathroom. I was only provided with two bath towels, hand towels and face cloths would have been nice."

"Bugs in the bathroom toilet treats Limited"

"Staff is always friendly and accommodating"

"Staff were amazing and friendly. Door guys were nice and I give Robert 5 stars for friendliness. Rooms were clean and spacious. Had a room looking out on the red street. A little noisy at night only because of the night life. But would stay there again when I return."

"Overall I give this place 5 stars for everything Staff Cleanliness Amenities Just everything"
